Had to cancel my order as waited over 2 weeks and nothing received,after them telling me it had been sent. Received a royal mail tracker which was just sat there under "waiting to receive". Waste of time, just got it on amazon!!

Do not use this company!! I recently ordered from 365 games and paid for next day delivery which was a total waste of money as I have now been told it will take up to 3 weeks to deliver my order and that it stated this on my order confirmation which it didn’t it stated 1 to 2 days late due the virus situation which is understandable but not 3 weeks!!!

As with all the other reviews 365games.de are a scam site that sell counterfeit goods direct from the far east.
I bought Beats for £180, admittedly the cheapest I could find with Google search, but still nearly £200 so I thought it was OK.
Should have smelt a rat when the payment confirmation came via some 3rd party pay pal esq site, more so when the box arrived eventually via a courier with no corporate packaging!
2 months later they break... I emailed 365 to be told in pigeon English they can't afford to replace or repair but I can have a replacement for £50.. seriously!! Another fake set for my troubles!!
Took them to the apple store who confirmed they were fake! No word from 365 when I emailed to say under European law they are obliged to reimburse me or id be reporting to the various bodies out there to protect us mug consumers. Unless your in the habit of withdrawing money and burning it for kicks, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 365GAMES.DE.

Avoid this website at all times! Although you might think you are dealing with a German website you buy counterfeit goods from China!

Bought a Beats headphone at this website but broke down after a couple of months. Poor quality. No warranty and very poor communication.

This website should be stopped as soon as possible!

365games.de sell only counterfeit goods!

Purchased Beats Solo headphones from 364games.de for £129. Was informed that they are genuine. Goods arrived from Hong Kong via DHL.

1)The serial number on box did not match the serial number engraved on the headband.

2)The packaging also smelt very odd indeed - not something you would expect when opening a quality product.

3) Tried to use their 30 day refund policy. They did not want the headphones back and even suggested I send them to their US branch at my own cost. Their communication was very poor. In the end I did get a partial refund and kept the counterfeit headphones for my amusement.

Please do not purchase from 365games.de as you will not get any authentic goods from them. Counterfeit goods can be associated with organised crime and could also be funding terrorists.

Non acquistate assolutamente da 365games.de. Mandano solo fake o i pacchi non arrivano! Fortunatamente il mio acquisto è stato segnalato dalla banca in quanto il venditore non è tedesco ma cinese e quindi non ho perso i soldi! La banca ha detto che il sito è già stato segnalato da molti! Attenzione!

I purchased a pair of LG HBS-900 headphones in December 2016, and here I am in March 2017 with NO headphones, and NO refund!!!!

They will tell you all types of lies when you email them (if they ever get back to you at all??)
First pair they sent got lost in mail, then the 2nd pair also got lost in the mail too!!!
Ok, then a refund which they say can take 7-20days to return to your bank which they give you a fake link to track your refund!!!!
Yes, you guessed it!!! 1 month & 10days later, I'm still waiting for my refund and reply to YET ANOTHER EMAIL!!!

The whole reason I bought (well, attempted to) these headphones, was because my friend purchased the same ones from them in end November 2016
Because of the way I have been treated by 365games, we had a closer inspection of the headphones, and YES, THEY ARE 100% FAKE!!!!

Absolutely disgusted and I have initiated proceeding with Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband – VZBV (German equivalent of Trading Standards)

I will review again when I have heard the outcome from VZBV

Don't buy anything to 365games.de. I have bought BEATS earphone and they send me a fake. Despite in the web there is a policy of 30 days guarantee they didn't refund the money.

Compré unos auriculares BEATS y resultaron ser una falsificación. Dentro del periodo de garantia total reclamé para que me devolvieran el dinero y no obtuve ninguna respuesta. Esta web es un timo.
