Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid for an end-of-lease clean and the property was left in a condition that looked like nothing had been done. Floors weren’t cleaned, walls weren’t wiped, skirting boards were still dirty, and even basic areas like sinks, showers, mirrors and benches were untouched. The oven was left in a worse condition than before the “clean”.
I contacted the cleaner to return and fix the issues and received no response. I then raised this with the company and was met with delays and generic responses instead of a resolution.
Due to strict timeframes, I had no choice but to hire and pay for another cleaner to complete the job properly.
I am still chasing a refund and have escalated this to Consumer Affairs.
Would NOT recommend.

The kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned at all. The floor was only superficially spot-mopped and left half-wet. Most concerning, there was still visible human waste on the toilet seat from the previous tenant after your cleaners had supposedly completed their work. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism.
In addition, the shelves remained dusty, the kitchen stove was left in the same dirty condition, and none of the cabinets were cleaned or even wiped. The property was left in an unsanitary state, demonstrating a complete failure to deliver the service that was paid for.
This level of negligence is unacceptable.

This company cannot be trusted. They were booked to complete an end of lease clean and at the time they were due to arrive I was informed that they were "too busy" and told they would come the next day. They then demanded payment before commencing and when I arrived just 2 hours later they had gone and did not fulfil the agreed services.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Booked in well in advance for services to be done between 10-1. On the day a call before the job tells me they will be after 1pm. 5pm I get a call, I have ptsd and refused to drive across Melbourne in peak hour traffic we reschedule to between 10-11 arrival time. Today 2 hours late and an argument o have two living spaces and a second bedroom. I agree I have two bedrooms but o e living space and the second room does not need cleaning. Finally I get the okay to start job almost another hour has passed. BUT I have to make final payment and prove it before they start. I have been pressured into paying g for a job that’s not completed and I have my doubts of their job. I am now monitoring them to ensure work is done. End of lease clean I will never forget.
So not use this company. Push you into a corner and pressure you for money. Very unhappy with communication and service.

Appalling service and cleaning. An absolute SCAM of a company.
We booked an end of lease clean, walked in to check before handing the keys back and we were gobsmacked to see how bad the job was. Grime in the oven, hand prints all over the glass, dust shoved into the corners where, marks left on kitchen cupboards/ceilings, carpets look like they hadn’t been touched, spots on the shutters, soap scum along the base of the shower screen and so on. Never have I experienced an end of lease clean this bad, Real estate agent agreed. We had 48hours to rectify the clean, they refused to get someone back in the following day to redo the clean as according to their T&Cs they need “adequate” time, or 2-3 business days to investigate, even with a full report including photos from our exit inspection. As a result, my husband had to go back and spent 6 hours fixing everything they didn’t do and we lost 2 days of extra rent out of our bond because we needed extra time to rectify the cleaning job.
Their loop hole for the bond back guarantee is they will technically send someone back as many times as needed but that has nothing to do with when you need to hand keys back and lose access. If you can’t provide access for the re-clean that is not their problem. They don’t provide refunds even though they don’t provide the service they claim to do. They are not cleaners.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

The manager lies also. You cant in touch with them over the phone and they false advertise. Save yourself the trouble pay extra for actual professionals not some foreign garage run company.

I have been scammed by cleaners in this company. If the good reviews are genuine, then this business does not vet their cleaners and has their customers playing russian roulette. Arrived 1 hr 10 minutes late, asked me to pay upfront (which I foolishly did) and did not provide the services I paid for. I paid for a bond clean with carpet cleaning and the carpets were not even vaccumed when I returned.

NEVER USE THEM unless you want to end up having a horrible experience. I gave a 5 star review to their moving company called CBD Movers, but this cleaning company (365 Cleaners) is absolutely hopeless and provide the most pathetic service. They lie over the phone to get the order saying everything will be taken care of. Once the cleaners come to the site, then they will call you and make conditions saying this and that will not be covered. Finally, they make you pay before the cleaning starts (though on the phone when placing the order they clearly say they will charge after the service is completed). This is how they escape any accountability and you are left stuck with no options.
Once you pay them, they do the lousiest service. The 2 chaps that came were amateurs. They finished the entire 2 bedroom apartment in less than 90 minutes and escaped before i could come back. When i checked there was dirt and dust in all rooms. When I escalated to their customer support, the reply I got was the "escalation team" is not working on Saturday. I had to return the keys to the apartment owner on Monday. Their guarantee when taking the order, was that they would clean again if the cleaning was not done properly. But calling the cleaners and their call center will give you hopeless responses. So in the end, I had to spend 4 hours cleaning up the mess that these idiots were hired for.
Finally their escalation team will send letters after a few days saying "they are extremely sorry for the inconvenience" but that is it. Just copy and paste from some scripts. There is no support or solution beyond that. It's obvious they are all hand-in glove with the useless chaps they send to do the "cleaning"
Like I said, CBD Movers is 5-star rating. But 365 Cleaners deserves a negative one rating (-1) if possible. DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY!!

This was easily the worst end-of-lease clean we’ve experienced in NSW. When my wife and I returned to inspect the property, there were numerous items that had clearly been missed or poorly done:
Kitchen surfaces were not properly cleaned — pantry shelves were still sticky, and dirt remained on cupboard handles.
The dishwasher was not cleaned at all.
The dishwasher/mixer cycle appeared to have been stopped halfway, with water still left inside.
Kitchen benchtops were still dusty.
The laundry door still had visible stains and marks.
Ceiling fans in all rooms were still dusty.
The shower looked superficially clean, but soap scum remained along the bottom of the tiles.
Large marks on the living room wall were still present and could have been easily wiped off.
Carpets were supposedly steam cleaned but were left with stains and a sticky residue, particularly in the living room and hallway.
Windows still had wipe marks and sticky residue left over from privacy film that had been removed prior to vacating.
For $490, and for a service advertised as an “End of Lease Clean,” we expected a professional job that did not require constant supervision.
They offered to return for a re-clean, initially stating they would call one hour before arrival. After waking at 7:30am and waiting for their call, I eventually contacted them myself, only to be told they would not arrive until 4–5pm. My wife and I had antenatal appointments that afternoon and had arranged our day around being present for the re-clean. As a result, we were forced to cancel those appointments.
Do yourself a favour and hire cleaners recommended by your real estate agent instead.

I booked 365 cleaners on the 3rd December 2025 for an end of lease clean for Unit 5, 102 Oakleigh Road Carnegie, scheduled for 7-9am Saturday 20th December 2025. I paid a $50 deposit and was told the full service, which included steam carpet cleaning for 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 hallway, as well as wall spot cleaning, balcony cleaning and bathroom and toilet cleaning, would cost $400 total. I booked with Tracey.
I confirmed these details on Friday 19th December with Bob. Saturday 20th December, I receive a call from Kelly at 7.08am informing me that the cleaning team assigned to clean my apartment would no longer be able to make it today and we need to reschedule for tomorrow. As my housemate, Alex, was already at the premises waiting for the cleaners to arrive, I requested that the service is done later but on the same day. I told Kelly I would discuss with my housemate and call back.
I called back at 7.15am and spoke to Matthew. Matthew transferred me to another department, with whom I was "on hold" for 9 minutes before the call was terminated by 365 Cleaners.
I called back and spoke to Sean briefly before he started pretending he couldn't hear me. He terminated the call. I called back numerous times. The call was picked up but no one was speaking. The call was terminated numerous times.
I eventually spoke to Matthew again. Matthew told me the cleaners were no longer available and we needed to reschedule to tomorrow (21st December). I told him I needed the service completed today. We went back and forth and he kept telling me the cleaners "might" come today between 10am and 4pm. I told him this is unacceptable- we are not going to wait around all day on the off chance a cleaning team "might" come today. Eventually he told me no cleaning teams were available today and my only option was to reschedule for tomorrow. I caved and agreed because we need the clean and we are aware of 365 cleaners rescheduling policy requiring full payment for day-of cancellations.
Sunday 21st December, the cleaning crew shows up around 7.45am. The cleaners discuss payment with my housemate and quote him $700 for the job and tells him to pay before the service is commenced. My housemate informs the cleaners that the service was quoted at $400, not $700. The cleaners insist there is more carpet than they were informed of, which is not true. I told Tracey in detail exactly which areas had carpet and needed to be cleaned. The cleaners eventually accepted the agreed upon $400. The cleaners kept insisting my housemate leaves the apartment while they complete the service. Given all of this company's conduct so far, my housemate informed them that he will be staying onsite to ensure the clean is completed.
My housemate went to inspect the property today before returning our keys to our real estate agent and found the cleaners have completed nearly none of the agreed upon services aside from the carpet cleaning. The bathroom has not been cleaned at all and was very visibly dirty and dusty. The walls were not spot cleaned. The balcony was not cleaned at all. The apartment was left very dirty with nearly no evidence of a $400 clean being conducted.
My housemate has attempted to rectify the situation through 365 Cleaners and has been repeatedly denied any further assistance despite the company offering free re-cleans and having a "bond back guarantee".
We are absolutely furious at the way this whole situation has been handled. This company has been consistently sketchy and unprofessional and has failed to complete the service they are contractually obliged to provide.

Held hostage with payments!
Agreed to standard cleaning after I mentioned the rooms / bathrooms / carpets (including balcony spaces). Booking was made a week in advance. No additional questions were asked and everything was agreed.
Original cleaning date (Dec 1) was cancelled by 365 team and pushed by one day (Dec 2)
On the day of cleaning once cleaners arrived, letting them in and leaving, I’m getting called saying there is an addition charge of ($450) ( equivalent to an ENTIRE standard end of lease cleaning btw!). Reason being there are 16 additional glass fixtures (Mirrors on the wardrobe, the windows in the unit and balcony sliding glass doors apparently are not part of the unit and are chargeable!)
NONE of this being mentioned in over a week including the time of booking and I’m being informed of this on the day of the cleaning). After 4 HOURS of back and forth between the cleaners / 365 agents of me mediating this debauchery, they “bargained” and “helped me out” by reducing the additional charges ($450 to now $200) (again, not mentioned till the cleaning date).
Also was told by the agent “Oh it’s just $200. And not that expensive for you”. The NERVE on these ppl.
(Ended up having to pay almost $600 for a re-cleaning of the unit because of how pathetic the job was done by 365 cleaners)
365 Cleaners, if you can’t pay your cleaners / resort to perform daylight robbery of customers who are at your mercy by last minute charges, don’t under quote / avoid mentioning details during booking and then haggle with the customers who have no choice but have to pay up. Pathetic customer service and overall no one should choose 365 cleaners !

Terrible service, we had to pay in advance for an end of lease clean, and we were to be notified an hour before the job was done. 5pm rolls around, no contact and couldn’t get ahold of the cleaner. We turn up to the house, its empty and almost no cleaning has been done, someone’s run around the house with the one cloth and spray bottle I saw them come in with, and had actually left most of the house dirtier than we left it. Bits of shit left all over the floor that wasn’t vacuumed, and then mopped around the rooms. Dirty smear marks all over everything. Got in contact with the company which took another week to get the cleaners back out. They sent the same people who turned up again with just a mop a spray bottle and a single cloth each. I watched them this time and I wouldn’t even call what they did a “quick once over”. They were “done” in less than an hour (for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath triple storey townhouse) and conveniently tried to tell me I couldn’t enter to inspect because the floor was wet, I did anyway. The house had no improvement, again they’d done a half assed wipe of everything. I called them back in and pointed out things that clearly wouldn’t pass an exit inspection and was met with huffs and puffs, getting a teenager to clean would’ve been easier! I noticed my shower screen again hadn’t even been attempted, to which the cleaner swore they had tried cleaning but the cloudiness and soap scum wasn’t coming off (hilarious) I showed him tha it came off with my finger and he still refused to “re”-clean it. I asked about the debris that the mop kept moving around and if the vacuumed “we were told not to bring a vacuum”. Full of lies these two were. My housemate called their customer support line and reported that the job again wasn’t being done to which the cleaners told them “we were only done one section and were getting the inspection done” HUH?!? This goes on and I’m pointing more things out and they’re getting progressively more annoyed that they have to actually do their job, at one point they go out to the street and call out to me on the balcony “we done we all good?” And I have to call them BACK up because the inpsection hadn’t even finished. I point out more things and when my back is turned I hear footsteps RUN down the stairs and they’re gone. Car already started and off they go. Dealing with the case manager for this job was ridiculous, 3 business days on the dot for every response jus to be told “the cleaner says they did their job diligently” even with all our pictures. We ended up having to spend half a day doing the actual cleaning ourselves just to get our bond back. We are now in the process of taking this to VCAT

Hires them for end of lease cleaning and they asked me to pay in advance, which like a fool I did. They ended up not cleaning at all, with dust and dirt everywhere and easily viable stains present and no vacuuming and nothing. Agent didn’t accept this of course and now I’m now in dispute, absolutely do not recommend.
Edit: Company now claims in reply I wasn’t a customer (invoice was submitted) and this would never happen when their ratings speak for themselves. 😂

Where do I begin…
I had set up an end of lease clean for our final day in the property. They gave a time of arrival between 7am-9am… the cleaners called at 8:30pm the night before asking if they could come at 5am as they were extremely busy, given I just needed the job done I accepted.
Upon arrival they demanded I pay in cash as the EFTPOS was not working (first red flag), begrudgingly I agreed however they said they would not start work until I had paid (which I refused).
They only cleaned for just over an hour (2br 1bath unit) which I was surprised about.
This is my mistake as I should’ve checked the cleaning before they left however they said we shouldn’t enter as the floors were wet after being mopped so I paid and they left ($350 total).
After waiting for the floors to dry I entered and found the place in the exact same state I left it, just with wet floors and the smell of cigarettes (we don’t smoke).
Now look, the place was far from filthy when I got them in to clean. As with some rentals, we had to get a ‘professional clean’ and an invoice for bond return purposes.
Nothing was done. Skirting boards not wiped, benches not wiped, spiderwebs in corners of the windows not done, minor grease on the range hood not wiped, finger prints on the mirror not wiped…I could go on. All things they said they will do in their initial email/service offerings.
Now you may ask, why did I not clean these things? The place was empty, it was 90% of the way there, we had to get professional cleaners and it’s what I’m paying them to do right? Not exactly, seems you’ll pay the $350 or whatever they decide to charge you to do absolutely nothing. In the hour they were there they could’ve done it.
The job was far from hard, I would know since I had to do it after, but hey, I had the invoice to give to the Realestate though.
From this, I was either on hold, talking to some representative (Jag) who could not care less and was run in circles about getting any sort of money back.
All they would offer was a re-cleaning, which for one didn’t work as I had to hand keys back that day, and two, why would I ever let them back again to do nothing once more?
Now look, I feel any able bodied person can clean. If you have the time to sit and watch them then maybe your job will get done… I had work so I can’t baby sit a person for a job I am paying them to do.
There is a silver lining to this long winded story if you find yourself in a similar position.
Threaten VCAT, send them the Consumer Affairs letter of complaint, make it seem like you have all the time in the world and you will get some money back, by god is it hard though.
The amount you get will only be what was paid as a deposit for the works however as the jobs are subcontracted out, the cash paid is as good as gone.
I have no doubt some of the cleaners are good - I should’ve read the reviews more carefully before booking them as it seems that ‘some’ is very few.
TLDR: don’t use 365 cleaners
