Customer service is almost TOO good!
I requested to pick up my order so I could receive it in time for an upcoming trip, not realizing that the stock ships to Bali from Europe. The customer service was so communicative, replying emails within 20 minutes even after 11pm! They were able to check the stock in Bali and then had it sent over by Gojek at 9:30pm just so I could have it in time.
The quality of the poncho is just great, I got a great deal from their promotion, and all proceeds were donated to survivors of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. And to top it all off they're removing plastics from the ocean. It really can't get better than that and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Mi piacciono la forma i colori e la perfetta protezione . Non entra nemmeno una goccia d’acqua ! Ottima idea la mini visiera del cappuccio : non cola la pioggia negli occhi .

We ship all our orders within 1 working day but unfortunately have had to deal with delays and lost packages within the shipping companies especially in the period leading up to the holidays. We have informed all our customers as soon as we found out about this (unfortunately the only way for us to find out is often when customers flag this with us) and have refunded all customers who did not receive their package in full out of our own pocket and offered discounts on future orders. I believe we have done so for you as well. We work hard every day to ensure fair treatment of all our customers and hope you will reconsider your review as this issue was completely out of our hands.

I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order, and have not received replies to my email or Facebook message to follow up. It's too bad! It looked like a cool poncho and I would have enjoyed using it.

Lack of communication with shipping…
Lack of communication with shipping problems and after a month never received the product. Only positive was that the payment was refunded promptly.
