I am very happy with my decision to order here eventhough I live in Germany. I really needed the Yuba Pop top Cover for my Family ebike but it seemed nowhere available. Then I found it with a Shop in Spain that does not deliver to other countries and at 360 cycles, which I contacted since my English is better than my spanish. The support was friendly and very helpful with making my Order and delivery possible. They calculated the delivery cost, informed me and placed the order. They even phoned me to double check the postcode and the Package was sent the following day. I am also very happy with the product itself.

I bought a pannier bag yesterday morning. Item was delivered within 24hrs and fitted straight away. Excellent.

I do all of my shopping online and I have never experienced anything close to this level of customer service, it was amazing! Everyone I dealt with via email and over the phone was so pleasant, helpful and informative. They kept me in the loop at every stage of the order because the bike I wanted was out of stock, it arrived well in time for Christmas without a glitch! Just brilliant, highly recommend, 5 star all the way!

Ordered a tyre and brake pads. Arrived two days after I ordered in recycled packaging which was fantastic. Brake pads somehow weren't delivered but I was able to speak with the business and they created a new order to be shipped asap. Great customer service, especially with them busy near Christmas!

P.S. parts quality excellent, bike is good as new now!

Very friendly and experienced staff, always keen to advise the best solution.

I bought from 360 cycles two separate times in the last month or so. First time I got a bike carrier for panniers, the second a pump. In both occasions, the service was super quick (I think I got the packages within 2 working days), the items were properly packaged and protected, and the price was reasonable for what I was getting (with free shipping on top because I was over the threshold for it). They even added a personalized "thank you" card in the parcels, which was a nice touch. So I will be buying from them again!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from 360 cycles. Had an order in which went astray due to outside shipping issues, Cian, Mike and Marius handled replacement order for me. Correspondence and calls were very proactive with assurances and tracking all the way. Replacement item upgraded to ensure I could get cycling again as quickly as possible, and total ownership of my issue throughout.
Can't praise the team highly enough.

I have brought in 2 older mountain bikes to 360 this summer that were in poor condition that I wanted to get roadworthy again. Firstly Dean and then Tomas provided me with their expert advice on what could he done with both bikes. It took a few visits, but both bikes now back as good as new. The 2 lads could not have been more helpful and only interested in getting the bikes into shape to best assist the rider without unnecessary costs. 👍

I Recently got my Bike repaired new Cassette and Chain and it feels like a brand new bike.
