The worst experience to buy a scooter
The worst experience to buy a scooter, I came all the way from Rotterdam to buy a scooter that was supposed to be working properly(1000 euro of scooter)
1/2 weeks later, the scooter didn’t start anymore with the keys and all the electronic is not working anymore. I just called them for to ask to fix because is not possible that after 2 weeks it’s all broken already.
They said that I need to leave the scooter there for how don’t know how many days so then I asked can I have replace scooter for that days cause I go at work with that. They’re answer it’s been yes you need to pay 10 euro a day for that, unbelievable after that I spent 1000 euro, it’s been is fault that he should have fix it better before to sell to someone.
Understand what you’re trying to say but anyway I live far I can’t take the risk to bring the scooter to you after all first, 2 you need to fix also this problem which is that then I don’t have a scooter to use and is very bad from you saying that I need to pay a rental scooter after that I spent 1000 euro for a scooter and the problem was made by you because if was everything working properly then all this will not be necessary. I do think that your customer service it’s very bad.
