Fast and effective service. Recommended

I was expecting higher speed for premium service. I made an order on Monday morning and used Royal Mail next day (Tuesday) special delivery for 9am (in accordance with the note on the website that documents received by 10am get an apostille the next day). I only received the document's scan by Thursday evening, and the paper version took even longer. So it took me 5 entire days in total. I have used another company to get an apostille before and it also took 5 days but it only cost ~95 pounds rather than ~130!

I am from Malaysia. Approached 2e Apostille to certify my degree certificate. Give a huge thumbs up to Dominic ! He really helped me out a lot. Really patience in guiding me through the entire e-Apostille certification process. I was initially approached the company to do notarisation however Dominic spent his time on explain to me if I were only to get an e-Apostille I do not need to spend extra money to get the notarisation and shipping my degree over which cost extra and time consuming as well. He really helped me to save a lot of money. Just a side note if you were to approach them, do let them know what's your purpose of doing this process. They will provide you the best solution to get things done ! The price is reasonable, process is quick it only took me 2 days to receive the e-Apostille certificate ! Really thankful for this company !
