Yes as it turned out. My worst suspicions were confirmed. This is a scam. I made a purchase from this website and there was even a person named Manuel Lopez who preferred to communicate in French with me. I wired the money to pay for my purchase but what I ordered never showed up. He even tried to convince me that the money will be returned to me if the goods I ordered do not show up. So again I trusted this so called person and gave him my account details so that the money could be returned. It never did! So I am sorry I have to say this is a scam and everyone must know about this.BEWARE of 24hbeaute this is fraudulent!

I ordered some shampoo and conditioner. I was informed that I can use bank transfer to pay with the incentive of having 10% off, which I did. I asked if the bank transfer went through and that the payment was received. No response till today. I suspect this is a fraudulent website and I am going to cancel my bank transfer. I found out that they do not send orders within the US but have a Bank of America account.

J'ai commandé un pack de 4 seringues "Ultradent Opalescence 20% PF Mint Recharge 5400" mi-juin par virement bancaire. On m'a redemandé quel était l'article que j'avais commandé car il était perdu suite à problème technique (c'est un comble pour un site marchand).
Le délai de traitement de la commande est très très long : j'ai reçu le colis le 01/08/2022 soit 1 mois et demi après la commande et :
- le sachet était ouvert et il n'y avait que 2 seringues au lieu de 4,
- il s'agissait d'Opalescence 15 % et non 20 % selon ma commande,
- et la date de péremption était dépassée de plus d'un an (mai 2021).
J'ai donc indiqué mon insatisfaction car l'article reçu n'était pas conforme à ma commande et j'ai dû le jeter car il était largement périmé. La société m'a indiqué qu'elle me ferait un virement de remboursement car c'était la faute de leur service transport (il faut bien trouver un coupable).
Après 3 semaines et une relance je n'ai jamais reçu de remboursement. On gagne du temps, on fait trainer et on me répond maintenant que j'ai bien reçu un colis.
Société à éviter absolument.

24hbeaute me parece una vergüenza he comprado cientos de cosas por internet y jamas me habian tratado de esta forma. Mandé pedir un producto hace dos meses con referencia ( ZQAPGLNSF ) no me ha llegado nada y se limitan a decirque esta en camino, les he dicho que ya no lo quiero que despues de dos meses ya no lo quiero y me mandan otro mensaje diciendo que ya esta en camino, vamos a ver que no habeis complido con lo pactado que me devolvais el dinero cinverguenzas.
