Over priced for shoddy work.

Very over priced for shoddy work. Once the plumber had gone I inspected the shower to find that the shower body isn’t straight, sealant has only been applied down one side of the shower and the three screws are not flush with the shower itself. The plumber didn’t clean up after himself as there was a scuff mark on the bath and kept leaving the front door open in the cold weather. Also feel that the hourly rate (which was £150 an hour but was lowered to £120 after complaining to the office) was never stated on the original phone call just that it would be charged hourly.

In total the job was £540, £300 for 2 and a half hours for labour, £150 for the shower and £90 VAT. They also demand you to pay same day with the threat of legal action.

Brilliant

Brilliant. Phone call answered quickly. Had a callback from the very cheerful plumber (Abz) telling me where he was and how long he’d be. He arrived in great time and solved the problem with great cheer and humour. Left our place as tidy as it was when he arrived (though with far less free flowing water - hurrah!). Highly recommend

Use With Caution

New Years Eve - 8.30pm - £250 call out to just attend the front of the property and then another £625 to turn off a stopcock after we had given them the directions on how to do this. Total was £1050.00. Seemed like a nice bloke on the phone but I can't stand profiteering and pressure selling. This will be the first and last time his chap is used and it's a shame as I'm small / medium business and his further assistance could have been good.

Answered phone immediately and sent a plumber. Abdul arrived and quickly dealt with the leak. Had to drain down the CH system to do the repair. Refilled and bled the system of air. Fitted a new part to fix the leak. Left at 1.15am after 1.5 hours. Knew his stuff!!

I called 24/7 Rapid Response for a…

I called 24/7 Rapid Response for a late-night emergency after Coreline Plumbing and Heating let me down, and I’m really glad I did. The engineer, Abz, arrived in about 30 minutes and properly checked over my boiler before getting it up and running again within the hour. He stuck to the price quoted over the phone — £250 + VAT — which I thought was very fair for a 4 a.m. callout.

What really impressed me was that Abz didn’t just fix the boiler. He also took the time to bleed my whole heating system and even walked me through how to use it more efficiently to help save on my bills. Honestly, great service from start to finish.

Avoid. Not rapid. Not 24/7 - no basic customer service

Paid an upfront charge of £180 at 9am this morning. Was told an engineer would be at mine between 12pm-1pm. 2pm came and no communication was made. I had to contact on several occasions to get updates. Was informed another engineer would be found and they would call back. 5:30pm and no call back. Called them again on several occasions, no answer. Someone finally calls back, asked for a refund as no show of the engineer and the person put the phone down!

I now have to contact my bank to claim back the money. Thanks 🙄

Amazing service, extremely rapid response 🤷🏽‍♀️ (Sense the sarcasm) 8 hours later, no engineer, still have a boiler that hasn’t been seen to. No water or central heating in a house with small kids. £180 down. Communication is awful. Basic customer service skills aren’t even there.

All they had to do was communicate better and organise a revisit and that couldn’t be done. No apology made.

Avoid. Not rapid. Not 24/7

I paid £300 to receive no service at all

I paid £300 for an emergency engineer, and the service was completely unacceptable. The engineer failed to carry out the most basic checks and incorrectly diagnosed that the property had “no gas supply.” This turned out to be entirely false. The next morning, an handyman, who is not a qualified engineer, identified the real issue within minutes: the gas valve was not open. Once opened, the boiler worked immediately.

I contacted the company repeatedly after the visit to request a report and let them know that I wasn’t happy. I was told a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. My further calls were ignored, and my email requesting a report and explanation has gone unanswered. For a company offering emergency services, this level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

I paid for a professional diagnosis and resolution, but neither was provided. Instead, I was left with misinformation, no heating or hot water overnight, and zero accountability from the company. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid this company at all costs!
Had to book an emergency callout for an active leak they took over TWO HOURS to arrive. Meanwhile, water was pouring out. The pipe was already exposed and the hole was small, but somehow we still got charged for an hour and a half of labor. Why? Because the engineer “likes to take his time.” we literally saw him standing around, texting on his phone.
We were promised a discount for their ridiculous delay. What did we get? They removed a 30% markup on materials which they never even told us about in the first place! And since we supplied the copper pipe ourselves, that so-called “discount” only applied to TWO WASHERS. It saved us next to nothing.
This is a shameless, exploitative business that clearly preys on people in emergency situations who don’t have time to shop around. Learn from our mistake don’t let panic lead you to these rip-off merchants. Unprofessional, overpriced, and absolutely infuriating.

Do not use this company - absolutely awful service

The plumber misdiagnosed the leak, couldn’t shut off the water, and charged us hundreds for doing nothing; a different plumber fixed it properly for less money and far less drama from a different company. Customer service is abysmal and in fact non-existent.

We requested a refund based on the horrendous experience we have had with this company, they are extremely inflexible and do not offer timely and customer-based solutions. The individual plumber on the telephone interrupted us whilst we were discussing the issues experienced by us and then proceeded to put the phone down. Absolutely do not use this company, even if you have an emergency.

Baz is simply amazing

Baz is simply amazing, I have found that speaking to baz reading my issue he will always offer a solution and deliver with a result without fail every time. He needs to be put on a retainer. 100% recommended 100% must to save his number even if you don't need any works done right now.
