So I ordered 2 pair of shoes in March here it is going into July and still no shoes yet. First I was told that the package was dropped off at UPS which we all know when a postal company receives a package that they scan it immediately and it goes into the system. I was sent a confirmation code that was made just to show progress that wasn’t there. A month went by so reached out and then it was oh they lost the package. I called ups and said there was never a package with my name on it dropped off. Once again I reached out to 21 Exclusive and it was “ oh the said since the lost it they were going to refund the money to them and they were going to sent me a check by mail. Never Received it. Then I was told that the Nike Ambassador was suppose to have the money or check the next week didn’t happen. ( Don’t Use My Money To look for merchandise that you said you had and didn’t. That’s called fraud and SCAMMing. The exact reason why small business that are doing legitimate business because companies like this put bad taste in people mouth about all small business.
Then I was told that I paid Zelle when I specifically gave $500 cash because the trust I had in knowing I would get my product. At this point it’s not the money trust me it’s the principle. The principle that the lies keep going and nothing has been delivered. I will be writing a review everyday keeping you guys post to let you know NOT TO DO BUSINNESS HERE. BAD BUSINESSS! Will be uploading messages and emails to show you guys the scamming that’s going on and the good reviews I’m sure it’s close ppl to who owns.

I wasn’t allowed to make another review so I edited this one. I have all purchase info that was sent to me from 21 Exclusive after I paid in cash. I don’t know how it was paid to you. As part of 21 Exclusive whoever it was that responded to my review, I have all emails, and confirmation from 21 Exclusive, the cancellation from 21 exclusive. I don’t know who you’re ppartnering with third party but all of my information came from 21 exclusive and will be posting them shortly.

Henry Clayborn Thank you for your fake review that is full of lies. We appreciate it. We also appreciate you giving us two things. 1. The use of this platform to tell the truth about your false statements and 2. Because you have put this in writing and have claimed that what you have written is factual that gives us the right to sue you for Slander/ Defamation and Libel.

The facts are that 1. You placed an order through a third party which you failed to mentioned in your falsely written rant. We will reserve the right to withhold the name of that third party person as they will be used as a witness is civil proceedings. 2. You NEVER PAID 21 Exclusive via Zelle according to the information that we have you were to pay for order through the third party (again another fact that you left out of your rant). 3. You claim in your review that you reached out to and spoke to us at 21 Exclusive but there are no records of any calls from you to us (we log and record all calls here), there are no records of any emails from you (we keep all customers emails for up to 2 years), you claim that you have emails that you can upload so why didn't you do it? You do not have emails showing that you reached out to us. There is no evidence of any kind that you attempted make any contact with 21 Exclusive regarding any order. 4. Your review stated that you were told that a Nike Ambassador was going to send you a check is completely false. 5. You claim that you sent payment to us for product that we did not have but the text messages we have to the third party you were dealing with shows that we sent you pictures of the shoes that you wanted to buy. Pictures that are time and date stamped so you should be real careful what you post because you will have to prove those things that you say. You will have to prove that we do not have product and we used your money to try to buy product. 6. Just because you elected to post a negative review does not mean that our positive reviews are not genuine. Again another claim that you will have to prove. Good reviews and bad reviews are a part of doing business and we welcome them both. If our good reviews were fake we would have more of them (idiot). Now lets talk about scamming. That is a loaded word. It would seem to me that if you sent money to 21 Exclusive and you feel like you were scammed you should be able to contact the authorities and show them that you sent a zelle payment to 21 Exclusive and the authorities could help you. So Henry why haven't you contacted the police and given them the name of the people you gave your money to at 21 Exclusive? why haven't you contacted the police and given them the name of the people you have spoken to at 21 Exclusive? The answer is you haven't because the information that you have provided in the review are not factual.

The facts are simple, You never paid 21 Exclusive via Zelle, You never spoke to anyone at 21 Exclusive directly either on the phone or in email. Your review is full of holes and there are consequences for the words that you chose to post here on our page. So since you chose to attempt to Slander and Defame the name of 21 Exclusive you have to deal with what happens next. We can tell you that what happens next you are not going to like and it is going to cost you more than $500. To all the readers out there we are happy to update you with everything that is going on and we are happy to post all relative documents and materials to prove that this review is false and the information contained in it are lies. It is funny that you have the nerve to say that 21 Exclusive lied to you but you get on our page and write nothing but lies. Luckily for us there is a place where the truth and lies are really exposed and that is in court. Henry you will have to show and prove everything that you posted in writing is factual and if you cannot it is going to really hurt your pockets.

Horrible experience

Ordered a shirt, in Jan, shirt was on back order til Feb. Was told they didn't have my shirt and would give me 2 shirts of my choice. Was then told they were going to send out my shirts and was given a tracking number but it was only a label, nothing was ever sent. Tried contacting for over a month and got no response, finally when I talked about getting the BBB involved they canceled the order. Very unhappy with their shakey communication and false promises, I would not recommend this place.

Mr. Salcedo we are sad to hear that you had a bad experience with our company. When checking your account our records indicate that your order was delivered to you and signed for by you on February 15th 2024. Not only did you receive the 2 free shirts that we offered you along with your item you ordered but you also received a free $150 gift card for the delay or your t shirt order. On March 2nd 2024 you sent an email indicating that you wanted to buy more items but you were short on funds and asked if we could increase your gift card amount to $200 so that it would allow to receive $200 off a pair of shoes that you want and would help you lower the purchase price to fit your budget. We told you that we understood your situation and that we could not increase the price offered on the Gift card because we gave you 2 additional free shirts with your 1 shirt that you ordered. Upon receiving our email you tried to blackmail us and stated that if we did not increase the price of the gift card that you would place negative reviews on our website, our trustpilot page, as well as any other platform where we have a presence. You then indicated that you would contact the BBB and file a negative review there as well.

Our reply to your threats and demands was that if you felt the need to post fake reviews then we could not stop you. We told you that we would not be intimidated by your threats and attempts to extort us and feel free to do your thing. It was at that time that we decided to cancel the $150 gift card and block you from our website. Our terms and conditions clearly state that we have the right terminate any order at any time for any reason without notice. We also have the right to block or restrict access to any customer account for any reason without notice.

We appreciate Trustpilot for allowing us to to respond to the false review that you have posted and again we appreciate your review.

I purchased items on-line

I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!

Mr. Dawson thank you for your review and your rating. We know and you know that the events you outlined in your review are untrue and that the 1 start rating is not warranted. However since you elected to post this review we are happy to let the readers know the true facts and let them decide for themselves.

Mr. Dawson you placed an order for 2 Boston Celtics Hoodies on January 2nd 2024 and paid with your credit card. At the time of purchase you received an order confirmation that was emailed to you. You paid for First Class Shipping, however you selected the wrong shipping. For all the readers out there here is where the plot thickens Mr. Dawson lives in Australia and therefore the shipping charges are different and while he paid for international shipping he did not pay for his Duty Fees and Custom charges.

Mr. Dawson was notified via email that he had an outstanding balance of shipping charges of $71.80 USD and that his order would not ship until we received the correct fees for shipping. On January 15th 2024 we received a very ruder and disrespectful message via email from Mr. Dawson indicating that he would not pay any additional fees and we replied to him that we would happily cancel his order and refund his money. The following day January 16th 2024 we canceled Mr. Dawson's order and initiated a refund. Mr. Dawson received an email cancellation and the email informed him that his money would be returned to the same method of payment he originally used. Mr. Dawson was also directed to our refund policy link that states that " your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days set by your bank. The industry standard is 7-10 business days not to include weekends but could be longer. Please note that we do not place funds back on your card, that is done by your bank and can take up to 30 days."

Refunds are applied by the card issuing bank as we do not have access to any customers credit card account and everyone knows that with the exception of Mr. Dawson. According to Mr. Dawson he has not received his refund but unfortunately refunds are done electronically and Mr. Dawson was provided confirmation that his refund was processed on January 16th 2024 and those are the fact.

Now as it pertains to his claim that we are ignoring his emails, that is also false. We keep copies of every email and all communications from all customers for reasons like this so that we can look back and give a detailed account of the events as they happened. We have never ignored a message from Mr. Dawson but the fact remains that there is nothing further that we can do for him. If there is an issue with a refund it is not with our company it is with his bank because according to our records and the communication we have with the bank, they have completed the refund and confirmation has been given.

We understand that customers use platforms like this they think that they can smear the good reputation of a company and hurt their business. However this allows our voice to be hear and we have the right to share our versions of events and let the public decide for themselves.

I've been patient!

I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES ON September 27 2023. My order was shipped out on a few days later. Unfortunately it was lost by shipping company and I was now facing a claim. This claim lasted from September and wasn't resolved until December. The Shipping company paid to replaced the shoe which I am now still waiting on. It's now January 27th and I haven't received a call back from anyone in regards to my purchase. I've left multiple messages and voice messages but still nothing. No one should have to wait months for a purchase. I was contacted by Mr. Morgan on January 12th. He explained the situation and assured me that my shoes would be shipped out the following day. Her we are on January 28th and still no shoes. No one has contacted me since the 12th. I tried contacting them again and again for two more weeks and still no reply or email. This has been such an inconvenience.

I'VE BEEN ROBBED! Part 2

I would like to write this review at this time to express my feelings about this company. I made a purchase on September 02, 2023 around noon time using my Zelle account to my Navy Federal Account in the amount of $200.00. I purchased a pair of green Air Jordan CP3s. This was my first time using Zelle to make a purchase from this company. I
was very excited about making the purchase through Zelle because it was just like using cash and maybe I could've received my shoes in a timely manner unlike my other purchases which always ran late. I have yet to receive those sneakers and it has almost been three mo ths since they received my money. I've been going back-and-forth with this company about it. But I have not received my sneakers that I have paid $200 for under the advise of my sales rep. Please don't use Zelle with this company. I feel like I have been robbed. I have yet to hear from this company about this matter they are completely ignoring me. I have made purchases before but this is the first time that I used Zelle as I stated before I have not heard from them. I have not received any sneakers. They have stopped contacting me. I don't know what is going on. I do feel like I have been robbed and it's wrong! They took my money! It's been 3 months! All I want is my shoes. I have made purchases before with this company and had problems also, but at least I got my product, but this time nothing! There have been just excuses and by the way they can get a little attitude at times as well using bad customer service. I have been very patient and reached out to my bank and I knew the risk when I used Zelle to make the purchase, but I didn't think they would ROB me! Yes, I said it because that's how I feel! I used Affirm for my first purchase with them and they had a problem with that. I should have listen to my wife then and cut ties with them because they are very unprofessional and used shady business practices. I guess I just have to take the "L" on this one. BUYER BEWARE please do your research before you do business with these people, never use Zelle as a method of payment. As for me, I'm going to listen to my better half my "Wifey"the next time!!

Now just to set the record straight since 21EXCLUSIVE likes to make it seem like it's doing me a favor by offering me a pair of free shoes to make up for messing up my first order or making a mistake, or whatever the reason.YOU offered me a free pair of jordan to make up for your mistake, not mine! I just ordered some sneakers. And stop trying to make people think that I or anybody that uses Affirm or any other alternative mode of payment, can't afford to buy sneakers or anything else for that matter. Lastly, I never asked 21Exclusive for anything extra! I paid for everything! Yes, I took advantage of All discounts they presented to me, Veteran discounts that my salesman told me about, and that $200 discount that he offered me to buy those $400 CP3s!, with my Zelle account that I still haven't received! The truth is, I just wanted to order sneakers like I always have, not have some company try and make it seem like I did something wrong buy wanting what I paid for in a timely manner, and then the company saying untrue things and make the customer out to be in the wrong. Now that's the long and short of it. I guess I'm really not going to get those CP3's now! I pray that this treatment of your customers doesn't directly reflect the views of 21 Exclusive owner because you are an employee and without customers patronizing your place of employment you wouldn't have a job. It doesn't matter if a person's payments are split we are still paying for the shoes and they are not free. Please don't belittle your customers like that.

Mr. Timothy Green, Thank you for your review and thank you to Trustpilot for being a platform that allows the business to have a voice defend themselves against reviews that do not tell the truth. Timothy Green has not only lied in his review he has kept important information from the readers that they need to know.

First of all Mr. Green placed his first order with us on May 16th 2023 for a pair of the Air Jordan 13 Solefly. He paid for his order using Affirm because he could not afford to pay for the order and Affirm allows customers to Buy Now and Pay Later. What he didn't know and what he did not report in his review is that Affirm does not pay it's merchants immediately and therefore it is policy that we do not ship any orders until we have received payment for them. Mr. Green was made aware of this policy and gladly accepted it and waited for his shoes (a fact he left out). Once Affirm paid us Mr. Green was emailed his tracking number and his order was shipped to him. We spoke to Mr. Green who was very happy with the order he received and he told us that he wanted to be a long customer of our so we extended to him a free pair of shoes. He requested the Maison Château Rouge x Air Jordan 2 'United Youth International' which we shipped to him for free (another fact he left out).

After receiving his free pair of Air Jordan 2 shoes Mr. Green was so excited that he want to buy yet another pair of shoes from us. This time he requested the Air Jordan 12 Chris Paul Class of 2003. This is a shoe that we sell for $400 and Mr. Green could not afford to pay for the shoe yet again and he had not finished paying off his loan with Affirm but he had to have this shoe. Because he had bought from us before and stated that he wanted to continue to buy from us we gave Mr. Green a free $200 gift card to help him to buy the Air Jordan 12 that he wanted so badly (another fact he left out). This gift card allowed Mr. Green to buy this shoe for $200 which was half the cost of the shoe. Mr. Green asked is there was another way that he could pay for the shoe and we told him that he could pay with his credit or debit card or he could pay with Google Pay as well as Zelle. We have several payment options that we offer to our customers and we are happy to be able to have as many options that we have to suit the needs of our customers. Mr. Green chose to us Zelle he was not forced. He made the payment and his bank took 4 days to release the funds to us.

The shoe was sourced through a 3rd party reseller who supplies us and we have have been waiting for the arrival of the shoe so that it can be delivered to Mr. Green. Mr. Green has been kept in the loop at every turn and we have every email to prove it. We also have every call to him and from him as we record all calls for situations like this.

For those of you that have read Mr. Greens review and are now reading our version of event we want to point out to you a few very important details and facts that you should not overlook.

1. The title of Mr. Greens review is "I've Been Robbed. It is important to not here that there has been no robbery of any kind. We have a history with Mr. Green that has proven that he has received everything that he has ordered from us. A fact that he himself admitted in his review. He has not been robbed his order just hasn't been delivered to him yet and he is hoping that posting a 1 star review will somehow speed things up, but it will not.

2. In speaking about his payment with Zelle Mr. Green has not mentioned anywhere in his review that he asked to cancel his order and receive a refund. Mr. Green still has every right and option to have his order canceled and have his money refunded to him. He has not asked for a refund and therefore a refund has not been granted. There is no robbery here.

3. If anyone has been robbed it is us. We gave Mr. Green free shoes and a free gift card and he repaid us by posting a 1 star review.
