Refusal to pay the winnings
I recently experienced some winnings, upon trying to withdraw my funds I come to the surprise that my method of withdrawing is unavailable since they are experiencing some problems with it. Contacted costumer support which told me to use a diferente method which evolved depositing more money and then contact their specialised team. I did that, sent 3 emails with no reply, contacted costumer support that told me to try with a different email and later she acknowledged that the team received the email, later that day, contacted them again to which another member said that the team hadn’t received any email. It’s going to be this constant back and forth with them and I don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel, I think I lost my money and this is theft, not only for my winnings but because I cannot get back the money that I deposited that led to the wins.
To sum up, don’t use this website as they are fraudulent and thieves.
P.S: I sent an email to the contact they shared with me, that department told me I should contact another department and once I did it that second department told I should contact the first department.
It has been like this for the last 2 weeks
It’s just a scam, I’m never gonna see my money
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

1xbet is nothing but a bunch of scamsters...no issues with deposit. But, if you try to withdraw, it like scaling the Everest. My withdrawal request has been rejected more than 20 times with reason -"payment processing error". This is simply ridiculous. Moreover, there is only one method of withdrawal- Bank Cards. Why Bank Tranfer or many other digital modes not available? I know I am wasting my time...nobody is going to listen. My 15000/- is still lying in my account which 1xbet does not intend to pay.

This is sheer crap from 1xbet. They advise change of withdrawal method after proper verification...absolute crap. Their verification process takes 4-5 days forcing one to the brink of desperation and height of frustration. Actually, they wait till one loses all his money. In my case, I had gone through this verification process, still no proper withdrawal method like Bank transfer was made available to me. Ultimately I lost all my money.
So, I advise everyone to keep strictly away from this fraud bunch of scamsters. Better play on Parimatch. I have a relatively good experience there.

Not deposited in gaming account 18429011 yet. Submitted bank statements , video recording , screenshots , every piece of evidence.
Customer care lies through their teeth in the call via their app.
Excuses list:
1) delay due to world cup
2) too many payments in line to be processed.
3) delay due to bank holiday.
4) technical error
5) payment is in processing and is subject to verification.
Apparently it takes 35 days and weeks after even sending them official bank statements to verify my payment.
Absolute scam ... Customer care reps are villagers from rural areas and they aren't even professionally trained yo deal with this. They simply disconnect the call.
Sad part is i have deposited millions in their website and withdrawn too.
