Utterly bizarre how many other poor customers have you done this too then? i have been in touch with you on messages for many weeks and you have the front to lie because i have publicly called you out? Pathetic - i have 2 bank charges which you have fleeced me for £90 each (£180 in total) for approx 20 mins work. that means you reckon your work pays over £500/hour? really? RUN A MILE DO NOT TRUST

Would you like to see the 2 bank charges because I have them and am very very happy to prove my case. Something you are completely incapable of doing.

Your response is like a politician utter fabrication - had you done what was asked the 1st time of Charging £90 for 5 mins work and carried out a check on the others rather than leaving 5 mins later. When I asked you to come back and just charge for time you instead stay another 5 mins and pressurise my partner into paying another £90. Utter utter sharks DO NOT TRUST

Came to open a window charged £90 for 10 mins work so asked them to do a full check on all others.

Few weeks later issues everywhere

Asked them to come back and show some integrity and just charge for time spent

Spent another 10 mins and charged my partner another £90

They were on time did a good job,left clean and tidy. Very pleased with repair value for money.

Excelent! My bedroom window wouldn't close; it was hanging open in one corner when it was fully open. They quickly fixed it and reinforced the locking system! Very happy with the service, fast and efficient!

From start to finish professional service and my blown windows are now a thing of the past. Customer service brilliant for any questions. I contacted 1st call repairs after having some work done by a cowboy builder that did absolutely nothing. Material coming off after a few days ect…. 1st call came out to access the situation and was just as confused as us at what they saw. They explained everything to us and gave us a quote on everything we needed redoing and some little extras we asked for. The price was very reasonable and the time frame for them to start the work was very quick. Work was done over two days due to not having the correct ladders for the height which was no issue for us. There was no mess left behind. Overall very happy with 1st call direct, I’ve been left feeling confident in the work provided. Thank you

A friendly team overall. Got glass replaced, the quote was reasonable but the service was great. Would definitely use them again for other projects and recommend others to give them a try.

Tried a few before to fix hinges on the conservatory and they never got back . Rang these and within a hour rang me back to arrange a time to see them and following week had.my new hinges fitted , by a excellent window fitter

Had a glass unit fitted with this company, quick to respond to my enquiry came out measured up and fitted following week. Would use again and very good price.

Excellent and fast service from initial consultation through to installation.

It could be even better if at the initial consultation they also took the measurements. The initial sales person took some rough measurements to produce a quote but then they sent a second person just to do the actual measurements.

A top company l recommend, did what they said,delayed on the day of fitting, but informed me and worked round my commitments, to complete same day, fitter was very good no mess, will definitely be using this company again

We recently had an issue with our French doors I had never heard of this company before and seen one of there vans on my way to work and thought I must arrange to get the door sorted …. With 3 days we now have a fully working door again after months and months of annoying me great service and friendly staff hopefully won’t have any further issues with our doors but definitely use and recommend this company

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to payment. Had a window fixed with a broken mechanism and was really pleased with the quoted price, the gentleman that came to do the work ws really friendly, no fuss and gave me some advice on another window I was having an issue with. Got a phone call shortly after to check i was happy with the work and service. Would have no issues recommending this company or using them again for any other works.

Had window handle and hinges repaired and pane of glass repaired. Great service, very polite and helpful

A bit of messing about with changing arranged dates for survey and fitting but the fitting went great. Quick, clean and tidy.

Happy with the service I received ,no hard sell just a honest quote came out same day measured and checked hinges. 3 days late a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman came did the work no messing very happy well done
