We here at the 1984 hosting company certainly get our share of unhinged, foaming at the mouth nutters as potential customers, but this one here really take the price. I´ll go over this and at the end I´ll put the evidence that the VPS you rented was used to attack others so either you are too incompetent to keep it secure enough not to be taken over by script kiddies and used for attacks or you perpetrated these attacks yourself
On 08/01/2026 at 10:10 am GMT you rented a VPS instance. On the very next day, at 07.04 in the morning, this complaint came in from a trusted source:
"An IP address (xx.xxx.xx.xxx) under your control appears to have attacked one of our customers as part of a coordinated DDoS botnet. We manually reviewed the captures from this attack and do not believe that your IP address was spoofed, based on the limited number of distinct hosts attacking us, the identicality of many attacking IP addresses to ones we've seen in the past, and the non-random distribution of IP addresses. "
This triggered an automatic reaction which included shutting down your server because as a new customer, you have yet to earn any trust. We subsequently, on the 09/01 took the time and the effort of looking into the matter further, and it was, in fact, confirmed that your instance was used to attack people. This work takes time as a case like this enters a queue for technicians to manually look into the matter. Your case was handled within the day, on the evening of the 9th.
You, however, immediately begin screaming at the top of your lungs about being swindled. The first message you sent was this:
"Please make a full refund for the unused service that you have illegally blocked. According to your rules, I have the right to get the funds back."
This was 11.56 of the 9th. Since then, you have sent 7, progressively more unhinged messages to retrieve your $21. Lets see an example:
"I haven't received a response to my inquiries regarding the illegal unblocking, refund, and automatic debit. Your company is violating the law and its own rules. For my part, I will be forced to write numerous reviews on all websites and use my resources and capabilities to ensure that people don't encounter this kind of fraud and neglect in the future. Your business reputation will be ruined. Sometimes it's worth more than petty fraud, but you haven't realized that. Thousands of people look at reviews before choosing a reliable partner. Now they will see your unreliability on all platforms, in large numbers. And restoring your reputation will be much more difficult.
Goodbye"
Since you were jamming up our ticket tracker with your rantings, I took the time to respond to you on a Saturday, which is very, very unusual since we're Scandinavians at heart and we work during work hours. The message was: We will refund you on Monday
You, on the other hand, posted this drivel here on Trustpilot. Jesus Christ, man get a fucking life.

Based on the size, number of samples, and timestamps of received packets from your host in our capture, we estimate that your host was sending around 77.3 Mbps of attack traffic at the peak of this coordinated attack. The peak of the attack may have lasted only a few seconds.
