Well worth the effort, life-changing
Although I was a bit sceptic at the beginning and worried that I will fail, it was all worth the effort and money. I have also learnt a lot about nutrition, and the importance of sleep and mindfulness, as well as the role fasting can play in my life in the long term. I also thought at first I will not need the weekly support meetings, but it proved to be well worth it to keep me motivated. This programme has changed the way I think about food, its nutritional value and its place in my everyday life.
