Tyres been in transit for over 2 weeks and at the end courier dumped it in the randomly not at delivery address.

Also Ordered 4 arrived 3. No one answering the phone, no one replies to emails.

Strongly avoid, Company full of lies.

I will taking this to Trading Standards.
This company needs to be exposed through social media of their simply unacceptable operating practices and blatant lies.
Communication is next to nil. Delivery time stated is a lie. Should not be allowed to operate in this manner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Ordered 4 alloys and winter tyres and it’s pressure sensors. Cheapest seller by miles. And the results are fab.

Yes I got stressed when they sent me an automated dispatch email with a delivery date that was longer than expected. But this seems to be a technical issue. They arrived 7 working days after ordering. I just didn’t know they were coming that quick until the day of the delivery. They are a German company and I think they bulk ship to their uk warehouse and then DPD from there.

Yes the phone line has the most useless bot in the world, which is a bit stressful. But they delivered exactly what I wanted and well within the promise delivery window.

I would 100% use them again. Just would probably order earlier 😉

I purchased a motorbike tyre from 123Tyres on the 20th October who stated 2-4 working days for delivery.

2 days after order I received an email from Tyres.net who said that they had received my order and it would be dispatched. 3 days later I had no further communication. So I called 123Tyres and managed to get past the AI to speak to a human who used Brexit as an excuse and that it would only be 2-4 working days once they had received it from Tyres.net in Germany who hadn't even sent it.

I asked for a refund and they cancelled the order.

It has now been 3 weeks and ive yet to receive a refund. I have attempted to call them on numerous occasions and haven't been able to speak to anybody so I have now raised a dispute with my card issuer who are investigating.

Avoid this company and Delticom who are the parent company

They don't deserve one star The worst company ever don't waste your time long delivery time

hey there the cheapest tyres but im into over 2 weeks and still not turned up and no tracking number.. has UK address on web but obv its in Europe somewhere... UPDATE : arrived today !!! tyres are 2019!!!!!! 6 years old WTF !!! fuming

Bought tyres from this company a second time. Very quick delivery, plenty of places they cooperate with, so can order delivery to the place where you can fit tyres as well. Quality ok. Last time I got some cheap 4 tyres, lasting me 18000 miles, that good enough for a price I ve payed. Deffo will come back for another set of tyres.

So obviously they are abroad, don't order if you want tyres urgently.
They are the cheapest tyre seller online, any make !!!!! I had a 10 day delivery which was not a problem as have ordered from Germany before, it takes time.

They sent my tires to a company that doesn't exist, I have a problem because I have an MOT in 4 days and I bought the tires on 24/02. Why are such dishonest companies on the market? they should return the money and apologize for their stupidity, please check these 123tyres because they are definitely not from the UK

Ordered 4 tyres trusting that It was a UK site assuming they would turn up in a usual U.K delivery timeframe. My Mot test would be due in 4-5 days and I decided to order new tyres beforehand.

1. Paid by credit card and It had 3d verification and all. After several days wanted to follow up. They said the transaction didn't go through!

2. I then made a bank transfer and sent the proof.

3. After several days I called and found out they didn't received the funds. Although the money had left my account.

4. I sent an email and got asked to reemail the proof of payment.

5. After several days They again denied the payment.

6. After a few days they phoned me and said money is seen in the account and they'd deliver the tyres in 2 weeks..

7. Total time frame 3 to 4 weeks.. still guessing if they really shipped the tyres.

8. Lost £100 for used tyres cz I needed to pass MOT..

Order placed for a full set of winter tyres incl alloys on 08-012025. Tyres ready for assembly on 17-01 at my tyre centre. Excellent delivery service, all well packaged and well received. Thank you. Will def buy again from you.

Probably the cheapest price point around and quality not in question. Downside is waiting longer for delivery, an issue if you need asap but my bikes are toys and projects, I'm happy to wait and save a little money.

I did receive 4 wheels and tyres as ordered and of good quality. However they did take nearly 5 weeks to arrive. The communication via email was poor and at times confusing. I was told on one occasion that part of my order had been dispatched, with no details of which part - then eventually all 4 wheels arrived. Customer service is poor and stated delivery times completely inaccurate and misleading!

I heve been ordering 4 complete set of wheels and tyres , have ordered on 15.11.24 , today 03/12/24 my order was still in process.
No communication from their side , waiting time to speak with customer service 150-200 minutes.
This isn’t a reliable website to order from , please avoid all Delticom sites.

Like most people on here are saying ordered 2 x tyres thinking it's from England as stated on the Web site and would be delivered within a couple of days, got email confirmation saying would be delivered within 10days rang up today (after 11 days) as had no tracking no. Got told there at customs absolute joke.
