Great value. Was looking for replacement battery and was delighted and surprised to find that 123ink do so many products. The price for the item I wanted was very competitive and delivery was efficient. I like that I get to choose the carrier - not all carriers are equal!!

Fick två helt nya bläckpatroner som var defekta och gav suddiga utskrifter med streck. Istället för att snabbt hjälpa till möttes jag av en krånglig kundtjänst som ifrågasatte felet. De menade bland annat att reklamation inte gällde eftersom "bara några ord" var suddiga, och krävde att jag själv skulle blötlägga och rengöra de nya patronerna. Efter mycket om och men godkändes reklamationen, men bemötandet var under all kritik. Kommer inte att handla där igen.

123ink, replaced the ink I bought 2 yrs ago with a new one when I reported the ink hasn’t been properly used/working since it was purchased in 2024. Craig, in customer support requested for receipt as proof of purchased and after I provided proof they asked for pictures of printer model and cartridge series and they posted another ink to me without payment and free postage. Upon receiving it, my daughter tested it and both black/coloured worked perfectly.

I had a problem with my order because my printer would not accept any ink cartridges other than HP.

I got in contact with 123Ink and got through to Craig, who first of all re-assured me that this issue wasn't a problem and that we could resolve it. He went out of his way to provide me with troubleshooting hints, a procedure for stopping software updates from HP and then, when I couldn't resolve it myself, helped me with the process of re-ordering and replacing the cartridges that the printer would not accept.
Considering that this was an issue with my printer (HP) and my error in ordering non-HP cartridges, I feel that Craig was very generous with his time and support. He should be recognised by the Company as an outstanding customer relationship person.
The service provided by 123Ink through Craig was excellent.

Item was delivered by courier the next day and I was given an accurate timeframe for delivery. Very reasonable price for original Epson ink and also much cheaper delivery than competitors. Within minutes of placing the order I had a phone call asking if I’d prefer to switch to their in house branded ink. I declined this time but maybe next time!

Bought a battery which was clearly damaged, sent pictures and got this reply, dangerous beyond belief what burns this could have caused me
"We can take the battery back for online credit, however there may be a restocking fee added by our returns team as it seems the battery isnt damaged but just the box it came in"
