Bas and his company have been a huge asset to the 31 FSS at Aviano Air Base. He is always available for questions and works in the background to ensure we don't run into problems. Our ticketing system is user-friendly and efficient. After talking with several FSS offices at other bases who don't use his services or a ticketing system, I am very thankful we are able to have this quality system. You can definitely tell our website and ticket site are handled by a true pro!

The BEST!

Bas is the best person to work with! He changed the way our FSS squadron operated and looked here at Tinker AFB. I'm so glad I stumbled upon him and had the opportunity to work with him. Not only will he help you through anything, but he will teach you valuable tools. I can't wait to continue to work him through other projects! If you need someone who is going to go above and beyond, he is the guy!

Changed the way my office ran dramitcly!

I can tell you that this change at Dyess AFB has made a huge difference in my work..and my life! We changed to the Marketing Ticketing System a little ofer a17 months agao and I have never been so pleased. Not only are the tickets trackable, easy to use, and made the at "home" work for my team so easy...I can also track each job and that definantly helps my department identify our hours per job. In January of 2020 we hired Bas and his Team to build our new FSS Web page. This change was easy! (I HIGHLY recomend follow his plan provided befor eyou get ready to change, this makes the transition easy and swift.) Bas and his Team are always ahead of the curve. When COVID hit, because Bas had already built me a COVID Emergency section (before I even ask) the Wing adopted the FSS web site as the "Covid Emergency Management Site" for the whole base. This was a huge boost to the FSS Page. I can honestly say working with this Team has been amazing and well worth the small investment.

Fairchild AFB Has Found an Excellent Partner in 'Your Force Support'!

I want to recommend Bas Cuppen, and his exceptional team, to all FSS Marketing Departments! I had struggled for years to have a decent website (3.5 to be exact). Through a mass email to Marketing Directors, I was given Bas as 'the answer to all of your website nightmares'. What a difference it makes to connect to a team of professionals that know what they are doing. During the discovery phase Bas was able to bring a whole set of cutting edge ideas and solutions to create an easy and responsive website that COMMUNICATES and a Work Order Ticketing System that helps us with the editorial content management. There is no other company like it in the market today. Bas understands the FSS mission and communication challenges because he's worked in FSS Marketing. I also cannot speak highly enough about the training given my team. Everyone has been walked through the systems step-by-step. Your Force Support has changed the entire monthly marketing process at Fairchild! We have yet to stump them with a problem or task they cannot handle. No matter what time of the day or night we need help, they are quick with a friendly response and solution. Everyone is knowledgable, creative, prompt and personable. Your Force Support solutions have far exceeded my expectations (and I have very high expectations) on every front. The end product is a beautiful website that embodies the 92 FSS mission! This system is the one you need!

Here at the Davis-Monthan AFB, we've been working with Bas and his ticketing system for over a year now and it's been nothing short of a life-saver! It's so easy to use and streamlines our processes perfectly. Even our facilities have been happy with how simple and effective it is to use this new system... no more paper Marketing Requests! Bas is super easy to work with and is always available if/when we have questions about his products. We also utilize him for our website through Your Force Support and it's been a dream. I've learned so much from working with him and the level of customer support we've received from him has been exceptional. Trust me, if you're looking to modernize or streamline your ticketing or website processes, Bas is your guy!

Love this system!

Bas is there for all your customer needs

Bas is extremely customer focused! I spent hours with him customizing the ticketing system for our shop to fit our needs. He offered his expertise and suggestions during our time discussing how our site should be organized. During this process, he was responsive when I had questions. In addition, he hosted a demo session to get buy-in from my team. Bas is speedy when it comes to changes to our ticket system and updating items, even after the ticketing system was created and launched. This system has cut down so many man-hours and headaches in our office. I highly recommend incorporating this into any work center. It will make your life easier!

Our new favorite system!

Having Bas create our ticket system for Tyndall FSS was the best investment we could have made for our office. The system is simple and intuitive -- and accessing its features is so easy! We used to dread getting work orders and trying to piece together information for events... but with this system, everything runs so smoothly and we actually enjoy getting tickets sent in to us! (Plus, his customer service is top notch. Always a great thing!) If you're looking for a system that makes your job easier, this is the one!

Extremely affordable with fantastic customer service!

In my year with this department I have had to go back and forth with Bas on a number of operator error issues. The communication has been spot on and I am super grateful for the prompt answer and assistance Bas is able to give. This ticketing system is not only affordable, it is effective. We recently have had to upgrade a number of things on different platforms and Bas worked with us every step of the way to ensure that the system operated how we needed it to. Additionally he has helped walk us through learning the new systems and has made life easier on so many levels. I'd recommend this system and his services to any office looking to improve their tracking, increase accountability/efficiency, and decrease printing and paperwork. I absolutely cannot fault Bas Cuppen in any way and would highly recommend anyone to reach out.

The preferred Ticket System solution for organizations, we love it!

I've been working with the 123 Ticketsystem since early 2017. Before using this system, our "system" was using fillable .pdfs, printing, reprinting, (misplacing prints) and making endless phonecalls between facilities, managers, and flight chiefs to get the "actual" status of our projects. There was alot of time wasted before, and we felt like we were drowning in paperwork. We researched various ways to simplify our workflow, and we were quickly becoming overwhelmed.

After researching other bases' websites, we saw many were already implementing the 123 Ticketsystem. We reached out and discovered that we could do everything we were doing already, but in a much a cleaner, simpler, and user-friendly system. This online system cut down on print costs, added to accountability, and enabled us to add job statuses to projects, so everyone attached to a project knew exactly where we were in the workflow: "recieved, in progress, on proofing, awaiting sponsorship approval, print production, on delivery, completed/closed, etc." This takes the guess work out of Marketing requests. All the messages sent between the ticket system user and the managers can be seen at anytime in a string of messages at the bottom of the ticket, that way everyone knows what is going on at any time. The ticket system was adopted by both the HR department and the Marketing Department my previous installation.

Bas, the developer of the ticket system, makes himself available for any troubleshooting requests very quickly: I've never waited longer than maybe 12 hours (at the most) for a response to a troubleshooting request. Typically, I hear back in less than 4-6 hours. He is professional, fast, and very knowledgable. When I have suggestions or questions, I am able to message him directly in the ticket system dashboard, and he always knows exactly how to help.

With the ticket system, we were able to create a clear line of communication with our managers and stakeholders, and deliver important designs and content in a very simple way. If someone working on a project is out sick, or on leave, and we need the project details, or to pick up the project for them, we can just log into the system and see all our open tickets and pick up wherever they left off. It keeps the office from "shutting down" if something ever comes up, and keeps us up and running, and able to quickly identify where we need to isolate "hot" projects quickly. I'm now working at my second base that uses this ticket system, and it's by far the best solution I have seen for fielding, distributing, and completing Marketing requests. I would recommend this system to anyone who wants to decrease printing costs, increase accountability, improve communication, and create a seamless workflow for their office.

I can't speak highly enough about Bas and his suite of services, he's helpful in every regard. A few years ago, our FSS website (which wasn't hosted with Bas) experienced a malware attack: the "Keyword SEO Spam Hack" - we knew we had to find a better, safer solution for our web hosting. We reached out to Bas in a panic: he promptly cleaned and restored our existing WordPress site for us, and built us a brand-new website through his web hosting service. He was quick to help, and knew exactly how to help us when we were under pressure to bring the site back up as soon as possible. The new website he created was great! It was fast, modern, secure, and gave us piece-of-mind to know we wouldn't need to worry about any downtime on our website. The new site works amazingly well, loads quickly, and hasn't had any malware issues since. Bas' well-rounded knowledge makes him an asset to our team in many ways.

Every Marketing Department Needs This!!

When I first began working with Marketing tickets, it was all PDF files and Wordpress forms that refused to go through to military email. It was a struggle to maintain communication with activity managers and get all the information we needed without constantly calling facilities.

When we gained a new employee who introduced us to Bas, it was like my work life flipped upside down. With the new ticket he designed - knowing exactly what Marketing goes through and the demands of the Air Force - everything was so much easier! Email worked, tickets were clear and precise, all the information was getting filled out, and the amount of time we used to waste organizing tickets was gone. Goodbye excel sheets I created to keep up with all FSS events, they were no longer needed! Even leadership was finally getting to be more included in the process.

I can't stress enough that this is one of the best things to happen to the Marketing Department on Maxwell AFB in my opinion. It's a wonderful ticket system that has everything we could ever use and things we hadn't even thought of to increase the functionality of our workload. Best of all, Bas is there with you 100% to help you understand everything about the system and is always looking to improve.

To summarize: Best ticket system ever, absolutely amazing customer service, and once you start using it you won't be able to stop. Bas and his ticket system are gifts that need to be shared with everyone!

THE ONLY WAY TO DO BUSINESS

I can not imagine how anyone keeps track of their department's work without this ticketing system. It's effective, affordable and so easy to for our customers and designers to use. Bas called me and walked me through the system the day I took over as the Marketing Director. The ticketing system and Bas have been such a huge help that we are in the process of designing a website with him. We are constantly talking on the phone, reviewing design ideas and there is no doubt in my mind that this new website will be EXACTLY how we visioned it. Bas, thank you for everything you have done for us so far. You've made this whole process smooth and organized. Thank you for putting up with me and for putting in that extra effort. I know good things are to come for our FSS and you are a huge part of why!

We use this here at the US Air Force. It is incredible! This is my second Marketing Department and the first I have used a system like this for Marketing Requests. The amount of efficiency this allows is just wonderful. I don’t know how I ever functioned without it.

Get Rid of the Paperwork!

Our office had been using an antiquated marketing request system that involved emailing PDFs and printing off documents. It was virtually impossible for my staff to check their requests while working off-site. This new ticketing system is not only affordable, it's effective. Bas worked with us every step of the way to ensure that the system operated how we needed it to. We have enjoyed the platform so much, we've trusted Bas to complete a redesign on our existing FSS website. He is always responsive and is quick to find solutions to any issues that pop up.
