If i could have left 0 stars i would have! After two weeks order never arrived, Contacted them via phone to find out what happened and they said they would re-send again after another week still nothing arrived. Emailed several times to which I didn't get a response. Disappointed :(

My printer had stopped printing black, yellow and cyan. After a bit of research I bought a set of printer refresh, along with some new ink. My package didn't arrive for a while, I figured it was delayed because of a pandemic until I recieved a call apologising for the delay. My package had been returned to them by royal mail. They resent the package which arrived very quickly and included an apology gift. Having used the printer refresh my printer is now working perfectly. I am very happy with their products and customer service

Okay, so let me get this straight... For the past (however many years) I have been spending £60-£80 here and there for brand new ink cartridges for a Canon Pixma Printer. My order arrived this morning (after placing an order literally the night before last) and I spent about 20 minutes in total refilling my old cartridges (bare in mind I am a complete novice at stuff like this) The more and more time that passed, the more frustrated I got with myself for not discovering James and Katie sooner. The service you guys provide is honestly top class and I can’t fault you both in any way. I paid £20 for what seems like a lifetime supply of ink, there is free next day delivery, there is step by step instructions to show you what to do and made it actually a really easy process, even for a technophobe like me, and they also send the full kit with syringes etc, and the quality of the printing is just as if I’d bought a brand new cartridge from a shop like I’m used to doing. I’ll definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know in the same boat as me and without a doubt will use you in the future. Thanks very much!

Epson Printer Head Cleaning Kit Greener Option (No Ammonia) 60ml. Cleared the blocked feed for the yellow cartridge in my epson xp312 printer. The youtube instructions are excellent and stopped me binning a full ink cartridge unnecessarily.

I ordered from this company internationally and the product (refillable ink) arrived in less than a week. And man, Katie and her family business thought of everything! I think they have done this once or twice. If you are getting their product for the first time, get the ink and refill kit combo. The kit is really inexpensive and you get a professional refill kit that keeps the mess to NIL! I was pleasantly surprised that for the price you pay, the items in the kit are top grade, not the cheap low-grade stuff that is going to break after two uses. They even throw in the gloves! The personalized letter is also a nice touch. You won’t be disappointed going with this company. This is where we will buy our ink from now on.

I first came across this company on youtube the other day. I was fed up with purchasing £35 ink cartridges that sometimes did not last long at all. I wanted to see if I could refill them. The first video I watched on youtube was 118ink.com I initially approached it with a little scepticism but it was explained very well by an Irish guy. He was really helpful and gave tips along the way.
I then thought Id give it a go and buy a 250ml kit. I ordered it yesterday and it came today during this Plandemic, and no that wasn't misspelt. Look it up on bitchute. Anyway, I filled the 304XL black cartridge with ink. You have to do this very slowly and make a little hole in the top first through the sticker. Its quite easy really. I put in 8.4ml of ink (Guide on internet) and used the jig to put the filled cartridge in.
Next you suck the ink through the cartridge very slowly to ensure it primes it properly while in the jig. You do this by using the other syringe without the needle. After that your good to go! Only issue ive found is the printer (mine is HP Envy 5030) will tell you the cartridge is empty. But if I'm printing straight from my iPhone I just tap continue or ok. I WILL be back for more as Black is the primary colour I run through so fast. Printer ink is like liquid gold. This company have made my day! Thanks guys. All the best

I cannot get colour inks to refill after many many attempts. I have now ordered 2 colour kits and tried at least 30 times to refill my colour cartridges. I have tried everything including following their instructions to the letter. Emailed and rung this company to help me but they didn't come up with a solution and were no help at all. I can get the black to refill fine but the colour is impossible. I would not recommend the colour kit for Hp62 waste of money and time.

Terrible service i ordered a ink refill kit (black and color ink) and when it arrived it was the black ink only no colors,so i emailed them to which i got no reply.
I would not use this company again and would suggest no one else does either.

I had a good experience with this company. Seamus is very open and helpful. I had a little problem with delivery but after I contacted Seamus it was sorted very quickly. As new in bakery I ordered printer kit and I had a lot of questions about it and then I texted by email him. After 10 minutes I received my answer. Very good customer service. Also I received little free treat. Thank you guys

These guys are excellent. My refil kit arrived and the bottle had leaked into the bag. I contacted Seamus by email and he sent a replacement which arrived the following day, and it was a larger bottle, great service, thanks guys.
