I live in England and was a bit dubious about ordering makeup online from the US. I have been looking for toxic free makeup for a while and came across this company. I ordered foundation, lipstick and bronzer. I ordered 3 foundations thinking one would be right. One was good but I didn’t want the other two and saw a neutral colour that I thought would work better and could be mixed. I contacted the company. It was very easy via email. They refunded me for one and exchanged the other and told me I could keep everything. I am very happy with the customer service and response time. The foundation is really good and I feel comfortable knowing I’m not poisoning myself with the nasty stuff that goes into most foundations. Very happy customer :) highly recommend!
Tired of waiting and they need more real stores, I don't trust ordering on line from them I've been taken advantage enough.
I used only their products for a long time. Then they closed their one and only store in my city so I started to order on line. Like many others I had to call the telephone number listed, kept my order # and the first time they delayed so long but they did refund my order. So foolishly trusted them again and ordered more products. They stayed in the whare house for more than a month getting my product and making up the mailing label. OMG I loved their products but I've had enough waiting. I'm out trying to duplicate what I like with other clean cosmetic products now and it takes time and lots of energy to get it right. Nope not waiting for Purity Cosmetics/100 Pure again. I'll find one I can purchase and test in a store.

No point in buying and trying out their makeup if they’re ALWAYS out of stock in everything. They just restocked their black mascara and now it’s out of stock yet again after not even 5 days. Ridiculous.
Very good product and company that had some glitches
If you found this company, you are already into natural products. I purchased several shampoos including glossy locks, honey and coconut, Burdock and Neem and I love them. I am now going to try the fruit pigmented make up. Their package did get lost the first time but customer service promised me a new set and I got it. I was really worried because I had never purchased from them before and didn't want it to be a scam company. I was ready to do a stop payment if necessary. I am writing this ease people's worry about it being a scam at the least. I have 6 bottles of shampoo sitting in my bathroom right now! I think the company had a poor logistics coordinator and I got an email saying that they will switch the third party company. They also do run out of stock but especially since they are all natural, it might be hard(er) to get the right materials all the time. The same email said they are working with their labs to make this less of a problem. Hoping you get to try their goods for yourself and wishing success upon 100% pure. I love it!
Buyers beware!!
As another reviewer mentioned, I never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but it is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers this way. I ordered on December 5th and was not informed that my package shipped until December 11th. I got an email stating that they were experiencing a traffic jam. I've been tracking my package for a week now with no movement. I've contacted customer service several times but have not received a response. When you call, you only get a voicemail to leave a message; there is no live person to speak to. I’m not sure if my package will ever arrive or if I will get my money back. It's December 19th, and still nothing. Lesson learned!! Buyers beware!!
I have never written a bad review
I have never written a bad review. However, I feel I must give a warning on this company. We ordered on Dec. 1, by Dec 4 we were told that they were delaying shipping due to "high demand", on Dec 11 we were partially refunded because they oversold product they didn't have. Today is Dec 16 and we still do not have the rest of our order. I have sent 2 emails, and called multiple (6) times, and have yet to hear back from them. Customer service is non existent. It also looks like this Christmas present isn't going to show up.

While rarely disappointed by any seller, 100% Pure is NOT recommended. -- On top of all else, the spam is mind-boggling, it must be over 100 in about 5 weeks. No response from customer service.
Excellent quality products
I have nothing but great online experience with this company. I love the products such as the foundations, highlighters, and palettes! The last one I will be trying is the pencil eyeliner which arrived on time and in excellent condition.
The price is a little bit pricey but for the quality ingredients, no one should be complaining about it. The crappy high-end products with chemicals are about the same price as this brand and I have no complaints about that.
Just a little note (minus 1 star) that some of their products contain Titanium Dioxide. Probably unavoidable, but thanks for letting us know so that I can avoid purchasing those if I can.
Lost This Customer
Prices have gone up so much. You pay for shipping but it takes so long to get your product. They didn't take my order to be shipped for six days, and then they said shipping would take 7 to 10 business days. I will not be buying from this company again.
Worst customer support
I referred 100%Pure to my daughter to order products as gifts. My daughter placed an order a month ago, still has not received the items, no communication. We both have sent numerous emails & phone calls with no response, up until a week ago when I threatened to call the credit company and file a claim, I got a response asking for the order number. Emailed the response right back. Still no word. No products. This is ridiculous & I feel horrible I ever referred this company. Never will I make that mistake again.

Ordered $162 worth of items from here that I'll never see. This company is a scam! They sent an e-mail claiming that they switched distribution centers to Rocket Shippers and that is why 20,000 people haven't received their items, their items arrived months later or items arrived damaged. I attempted to contact customer service, my ticket number in line for a response is 586,765!!! I wish I would've never ordered from here. Afraid I'm never going to get my money back. A good company would've shut their website down as soon as they saw a problem and not allowed people to continue ordering. Very frustrating.
Stay away from this company, such a scam.
First about the make up. It's awful. Only good thing was the nail polish.
Secondly, more importantly, this company is such a scam. Overpriced makeup, and shocking customer service. My order was delayed for one month, with no explanation for weeks, then I received a generic email about how they had been moving warehouses and they apologise for the delays and how every affected customer will get a special voucher to use. I got nothing. And then when my order finally arrived, it was missing items!!!!
I reached out to customer service, and they actually sent replacements, but now I had to pay 8 euros in customs charges for one mascara and a nail polish!!!
I have sent multiple emails regarding such a huge delay in my order, only to hear nothing back.
It's absolutely shocking the way they treat their customers. I was looking forward to finding a good, non-toxic brand, but I will never ever shop here again!

Parcel got lost and the first two links to open a claim didn't work... Then I contacted the delivery company and they said that pure could claim as it was delivery person's fault but I'm still having to wait while they look into it, I ordered my new make up and have been left £100 out of pocket as I've had to go buy some while I await them getting back to me. Have placed a smaller order so will see if this one arrives safely and if they sort my original one out as it's taken time to sort 🥴😤

Okay, i usually don't take the time to write a review, I have to this time. A friend of mine who has been a long time customer had shared some of the products she uses with me and i fell in love with the products, especially the shampoos and conditioners. I bleach my hair and i noticed that after using these products my color stayed vibrant and the condition of my hair went from dry to soft. I ordered the shampoo and conditioners due to the black Friday specials going on and went a bit overboard and over budgeted myself and i placed the the order and was unable to cancel. My friend had told me how wonderful there customer service is and I can tell you now, she is completely right!! Knowing my package was due to arrive and being a new customer I wasn't sure how the process worked for returning. I spoke with a very nice representative that listened and was very concerned with my situation. Well my friend told me this company is Awesome and she wasn't kidding, not only did this wonderful, kind Rep. give me a full refund including shipping, she told me to keep the products when they arrive, use them or give them away as Christmas presents. This company is Wonderful and so is there products I stand behind that!!

Spent hundreds on their overpriced…
Spent hundreds on their overpriced cleansers unnecessary toners, and moisturizers. $34 for a 3.4 fluid oz. bottle of cleanser is ridiculous when cleansing should be the most basic cheap part of your routine. Better to get cleansers that are affordable, gentle on the skin. Also this overly expensive brand is fear inducing with the term “non-toxic!”

Exceptional customer service! I haven't used their products enough to know how well they work but their return policy is incredibly flexible and I highly recommend giving them a try because of it :)
The smell is great, but not sure about the effectiveness
I tried multiple 100percentpure products, mostly moisturizers and masks. They smell great and I like that there is nothing toxic in them. The only product that really worked for me is the coffee cream. Other products just smelled nice, no matter how many times I used them, there was no ‘moisturizing’ effect.
