Delivery took a while
Delivery took a while. The items I ordered were From clothing companies that I’ve never heard of. Clothing quality was cheap too. I’m not sure where the items are stored but there was a very weird smell coming from them. Sizing was off, I’m a size 10 and ordered one dress in a 12 but still too tight. Won’t be using again .

Thank you for your review, unfortunately you were reaching out to our customer service team regarding cancelling your order during our out of office hours. Our customer service team are available 8-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 8-2 Friday. We aim to respond to emails at the earliest convenience however this can take up to 48 hours during busy periods.
We aim to cancel orders on request however if they have entered the processing stage this is not always possible.
We do also have a free 14 day returns service.

WHERE ARE THE GOODS I'VE PAID FOR?
Despite sending messages no communication regarding the items I've paid for. Items havent even been prepared for despatch. No number to ring only a little box to send messages which are ignored.
If I dont receive the goods or a refund I'll be taking this to Trading Standards.

Wouldn't use again
Prices looked good and I needed a few bits in a hurry so I placed my order on the Thursday, paid an extra £6.99 for next day delivery to my workplace, parcel never showed up, I then get an email saying it will be delivered on Saturday between 12.30 and 14.30 so I drove the 14 miles to work to wait for it, surprise surprise again it never showed up, when I emailed customer services explaining what had happened and that I wanted the next day delivery fee back I got kind of rude response basically telling me it was my fault and should've ordered it earlier as they have a cut off, they don't explain this anywhere when you order and they still allow you to select next day no matter what time, no offer of delivery refund either, I won't be using these guys again. With regards to the product ordered they all seem really big for size small also

We’d like to clarify that our Customer Service team responded politely and empathetically, and took care to explain how our next-day delivery cut-off times work. It was never our intention to be rude or suggest the issue was your fault. We also state at the point of selecting next-day delivery that orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next-day dispatch.
That said, we do understand how disappointing this situation would have been, especially given the extra effort you made to be available for delivery.
If you contact our Customer Service team, we would be happy to refund the difference between the next-day delivery charge and our standard delivery cost as a gesture of goodwill.
We also appreciate your comments regarding sizing, and will pass these on for review.

No contact phone number
Orders are usually ok, this time ive only received one item from my £55+ order. Where is the rest of the stuff? Paid for quick delivery for holidays, only one cheap item received. Absolutely fuming! What adds to it is there is no phone number to contact them (which is dodgy in itself) and the "contact us" page never gets a reply.

Not all as it seems, it can be too good to be true!!
Delivery service a joke payed for next day and it took 3 days to come!! I understand that sometimes it’s down to the courier but use a reliable company. Both parcels damaged, also wanted to review items I have brought, overall a somewhat acceptable items but some were just low in quality what I would expect from a back street, even lower cost retailers have standards but these were nothing of the sort, just unhappy I was unable to leave a review to warn others of the low cost material.

Compliance regarding online return policy
I am writing this review to express my concern regarding a notice currently displayed on your online product pages showing: "PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SALE ITEM AND CANNOT BE RETURNED."
As an online retailer operating in the UK, this policy directly violates the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). Under UK law, consumers purchasing goods online have an unconditional statutory right to cancel an order and return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or as a "sale item."
Your online store was recently investigated by the Martin Lewis and the MoneySavingExpert team (requested by myself) and I was advised that this misleading information was removed from your website however you still seem to be in breach of UK consumer protection laws.
Could you please clarify why this text is being displayed on your website, and confirm that this will be removed and your team honors the statutory 14-day online return window for all items purchased via your website, including sale items?
