Team were great. 8 Months pregnant with really no clue of what I was buying… they helped me locate everything and put in the trolley as well as loading the van. That is service above and beyond. Thanks to Andrew and the team who helped!

I went in to collect some materials for a job and was served by the lovely Gemma. She was extremely friendly and helpful and helped me set up a trade account to get some discount on my purchases. Every building merchants needs a Gemma.

Gemma was fantastic

We booked an in-store bathroom design appointment, which on the website says is to “Meet a Design Consultant and be inspired by our ranges and products and start your 3d plan design” but we got there, was given a brochure and told to look around, on our own. No consultation at all and a waste of our time.

Oh my goodness - what amazing service! I took back a fence post which was too short. The longer post I needed wouldn't fit in my car. Inside of 10mins, Sian (on the till) had organised a refund, ordered me a longer post and sorted out same day home delivery. And the post arrived at mine just over 2hrs later. Sian was funny, efficient and friendly. She turned a problem into a solution and made the whole thing a pleasant experience. She is a total asset to your business.

I went shopping today for a door and some timber. There were some chaps working a timber trolley and they asked me if I needed any assistance. I spoke to Jake and he gave me all the help I needed. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Thank you for making my shopping experience so great!

I went into Wickes in Guildford today, not knowing what I was looking for! I was helped by a lovely chap called Neil, who had great knowledge in finding the stuff I needed ( I'm no good at D.I.Y.! ) It was nice to be served with a smile. I shall definitely be using Wickes as my D.I.Y. Store from now on.
