The staff go above and beyond to make it a special experience.

A laser tag party for my child with close friends and parents. We had a great time, experience would have been better if the guns were charged and working as many of us had to change packs throughout the game. Also would have helped if the game was set up correctly for scoring purposes. Venue was clean. It was more the people we had in the group that made it great rather than the activity being well organised l.

The lanes were slippery underfoot before the line where you bowl the bowling ball, and the air conditioning was not working properly, which I informed the manager about this issue.

Booked a party here for a 12th birthday for 6 children. Arrived in plenty of time, was then told upon arriving that no pizzas were available (this is what we had to pre order a week before) No communication or calls to tell us this, considering we had 6 children all from different backgrounds and all with their own potential allergy issues. No apologies, just a tough really from staff, Nor was there any help to rectify.

Not only this but the food came out which was tiny and wouldn't fill a toddler let alone a 12 year old, we asked for more to be told, well its going to cost you more.......how is that right when we already paid £90 for one game of bowling and one lazer tag. surely an apology of bigger food would of been helpful

Staff didnt want to know, literally 5 people stood doing nothing (im sure one could of gone to tesco etc to get pizzas but who am i to suggest a basic understanding or food ordering. All staff had no leader, no clue and zero communication skills.

I would strong advise all staff be put on a communications course as seem so uncomfortable when asking a basic question.

⁰Short Version:
In all, we weren't impressed with the Karaoke experience on this occasion. The online booking was incredibly clunky, the value for money was lacking, and we were inconvenienced by a later start time due to equipment not working. The staff did what they could to improve the experience for us, and I have only compliments for them.

Detailed Version:
We usually visit the 'other' bowling alley in Worcester for our Karaoke nights, but as Tenpin had a special offer available for their Karaoke sessions which made it the same price as our usual venue - AND air conditioned rooms - we decided to try them out on this occasion.

The booking process was awkward. It took me several attempts at booking the Karaoke room before realising that I had to book the sessions in half hour slots, adding each one individually to the online basket. I couldn't just select '2 hours' and book that way. In fact, you can only book a 1 hour slot maximum in one go, but when I did this the special offer did not work (with the system wanting to charge me £50 rather than £20 for the hour).

When we arrived for our booking, a member of staff informed us that one of the Karaoke systems had broken down, and they'd had to use the other room for the group who were currently singing. This meant that our session was delayed. Initially, we were told it'd be 20 minutes, but it was closer to a 40 minute wait in the end. We were, however, offered a round of drinks as compensation, which seemed fair.

I have to say that the staff were approachable, helpful and professional. They are a credit to Tenpin.

The Karaoke system was highly disappointing. Especially for a session that would normally have cost us £100 (compared to £40 on the special offer) for 2 hours. We were expecting something "extra" to our usual experience at the cheaper venue.

However, there were nowhere near as many songs available to us as we're used to at the 'other' bowling alley. Many of our favourite tunes were not available to sing. There were also only 2 microphones, opposed to 3 at the 'other' venue (although they used to have 4 - sadly, one of them broke).

Admittedly, I am writing about Karaoke at a Bowling Alley, and I'm making no comment about the main activity of the place. We have also bowled at both venues, would say that both are comparable.

We took two young children for bowling, lunch and arcade games and had great fun. The food was lovely and the toilets were clean. It was school holidays so quite busy and I just want to mention how great the staff were, they were incredibly hardworking, friendly and patient and probably deserve a pay rise!

My kids really enjoyed themselves and it was the cheapest around by me staff are lovely

We booked in and had to wait 40 minutes.
We were told that the people before us had a fixed amount of time so why book us into that lane.

We had children with us and a toddler so we had to cut our game short as she needed a sleep and the children needed their lunch.

The staff tried their best but there were 1 being the counter , one on the floor and 1 between the 2.

People were waiting for drinks, games, booking et etc

Unacceptable in a school holiday, why would you not have enough staff?

We preordered 3 pizzas to be shared between 6 kids for my son’s birthday! On arrival I was told that pizzas hadn’t been delivered that day so I could either have a refund or order something else which came at an extra cost to ourselves. Nothing was offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Staff had no people skills at all 🙄 they couldn’t make eye contact, walked straight through you and even had to be told by manager to serve at the bar.
Tenpin need to sort this out.
It was supposed to a treat but i felt like us being there was an inconvenience to the staff.

Definately had a better time at Hollywood bowl.

We always enjoy it here and the staff were friendly. Only criticism when we visited last week, 26/08/26 the heat was stifling. It made it extremely uncomfortable to enjoy the games. Thought i was going to pass out! We left straight after bowling instead of eating or enjoying the amusements because of this. Air conditioning would be highly beneficial in the summer 🙏

A great morning with our granddaughter. Staff were helpful and the place was clean and well organised.
My only complaint was the loud music on entering, we could hear it in the car park.

We have not been out for over 2yrs socially so we went on 50% Tuesday to have a a small family outing and it was such fun and affordable we will he going again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Went for something to do in the holidays. So much to do and very reasonably priced. Great place and we had lovely young man called James serve us multiple times he was great, super helpful, friendly and professional. Great customer service. Thank you

We used one of the online deals 2 hours bowling and a 12inch pizza the staff were friendly and helpful the pizza was ok and managed to get in two complete games

Bowling was good and no issues with the facilities

The place was clean and well looked after. Not too noisy and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a female manager working who was great, keeping the place running very efficiently. No waiting for check in or drinks. Coffee has improved lots too!

Very expensive and the food was awful. The amusements are a joke my children spent £50 to get 700 tickets for some sweets it’s a ripoff.
