My experience with San Cara was positive. The car they delivered met the specifications requested. I had no problems picking it up at the airport. The only thing I can say about improving your service is the speed of your online customer service responses. They were a bit slow. Only one person didn't get the response they needed. I had requested the voucher in English, but it arrived twice in Dutch. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the service.
