The desk of the car rental company Tourent is right in the arrival hall of Heraklion airport. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. From the arrival hall it is only a few meters to the car park, where another lady was waiting for us. We got a very nice clean well maintained hybrid car with no signs of damage. We had good trip all over the island and return the car without any hassle. We are fully satisfied with this car-rental.
