Quick, easy and very helful installation, all working great.

Our main office phones stopped working suddenly which needed an onsite engineer. Sean came out promptly, rang in advance to provide an eta and set about fixing the issue.
Sean was diligent, polite and communicated every step of the way. The job took a little longer to fix but Sean had all of the appropriate replacement equipment with him and stayed onsite until everything was resolved and we were back up and running.

In fact, everyone I deal with at SCG, especially Dave Britten, is always very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Would have no hesitation recommending them for their support.

I have contacted SCG via email and phone a total of six times now and they still haven't helped with my question. On the last contact I asked about my contract terms and was told that no-one could help me! Very frustrating. It has been 6 days since our company last called and we are still waiting for our promised returned call.

Gareth knew excatly how to fix the various issues I raised. They were resolved on the call with full explanation and instruction and completed very swiftly.

I recently had a phone installation completed by SCG Wales & West, and was very happy with the service. The engineer arrived on time, was professional and friendly throughout, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was carried out to a very high standard with great attention to detail.

We have been a customer for many years and apart from the odd technical glitch never had any problems. The service supplied by the team of SCG Wales and Southwest has always been quick, friendly and professional.

Whenever I reach out I tend to do that to David Britten who, apart from being very pleasant throughout all of his communication, always quickly understands what our requirements are and arranges for any required action to be taken without delay. On this occasion it was setting up alternatives in the routing of calls so customers and field staff could reach their designated admin team quicker. Top marks!
