John, the service rep was so kind, personable, explained everything thoroughly and professional! Prompt as well! Very happy with the whole experience with Olshan.

My experience with Olshan was great. Jason was my sales representative and he did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done to fix our drainage problems in our side yard. Shawn was my onsite manager, he was great to work with, good communications. The crew Mike , Joey, Tay and Jose are hard workers. Mike didn’t hesitate to ask me questions. I would highly recommend this company for your needs.

Olshan will call, text, and email you to schedule an appointment. Then, you take off of work to accommodate the walk through / site visit, and nobody shows up.

You won’t hear back from Olshan. All of that correspondence in the beginning magically disappears. Incredibly amateur hour and unprofessional. Waste of time.

I called Angi to get a foundation repair company and they recommended Olshan. Previously we had another foundation repair company here and they said we needed supports along the kitchen and garage and the cost of the repair was around $24,000.

I called Olshan and Jeff, a Structural Technician, came to give us another estimate. Jeff was very nice and he told us how he would check the foundation with a machine connected to an IPad that measured how far the foundation sank.

He was happy to let us know we didn't need any repairs. He had measured the depth of the foundation all around the house and it was within normal range.

Jeff told us what to look for if the foundation sinks in the future.

Your technician sat down next to me and discussed very well with me what he had found during his inspection of my home. I am a visual person, so while he was giving me the details I was able to follow along while watching on his tablet. When he (Hector) was finished he sent me all the information to my phone.
I would give him a A+ for his work.
I had another company that came but they did not compare with you.

Pedro, Chato, and Barbas were really polite and very professional. They got the work done quickly and they did a really good job. I will recommend them any time.

Everything was great

Gas line was damaged it was repaired but it put me in a situation to have people in home to turn units off I had to handle all communication to office /plumber to be aware of all details/city /gas company, should have been compensated for this problem on last of payment,Ibelived piers were paid. Also expansion joint was left with gap is it good to leave it exposed,(There’s a time when they evaluated foundation it seem rather quick in area of repair)

Process of arranging the inspection and obtaining a quote for the job was excellent. Technician was on time, communicative, knowledgeable, professional and” clean cut”.
Quote was submitted and detailed immediately.
Work was started and completed on September 1st. Four man crew headed up by Adrian Soto did a great job. They were very focused and dedicated to their work. No wasted time or effort. Friendly and respectful of the adjacent site. Clean up at the end was beyond expectation. Patio slab was raised and stabilized. Amount of equipment and process was very impressive. All this was
on a 103 degree day. The only negative was the short term visit by a “ project manager “ who was very negative and argumentative. He should not be representing Olsham. Once he left , Adrian’s crew got right back to work with an excellent attitude. The “ project manager “ should have stayed home. He didn’t manage anything and was negative and counterproductive.

Their field representative was top notch.. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained the situation in great detail. One of my friends had an experience with Olshan that was very positive and with their outstanding reputation I felt confident that they were honest and trustworthy. Anyone who has a problem with her foundation would be wise to seek help from them.

Jerry was attentive to my needs and very helpful. He was friendly and understood my needs. I would recommend the Olshan team to anyone looking for answers about their foundation.
