Excellent Service and Great Prices - thank you Jack
I needed some poles for walking. I popped into my local Millets in Leighton Buzzard to have a look.
They had two different types of pole in there and they were on offer (result!). Not being an expert, I made enquires of the difference.
A member of the sales team - Jack - he explained the difference between the two and showed me how to use them and get the best adjustments and fit.
From his demonstration and explanation I was confident in choosing the pole right fir me and at a lower price. Win-win.

Kitted out for Snowdon in one shop
My 12 year old son and I are going to walk Snowdon so needed walking boots, socks and other bits and bob. Charlie gave some excellent advice on which boots to go for, giving us options and talking through the benefits of each. We came away confident we had made the right choice for us. Charlie gave advice and kitted us out with the rest of what we'd need and gave options that were suitable for our needs - not quality labels but good enough cheaper options. Charlie was great as he was very knowledgeable, listened to us and we had a good laugh while we were shopping.

I was welcomed as I came in the store. I knew what I was there for so didn't need to ask for help, but felt it was there if I needed it. Sharon was on the till and couldn't be more helpful. A massive thank you to Sharon and Jack in the Leighton Buzzard store today who were amazingly helpful. They helped us find the right tent and camping accessories and helped us carry to the tills etc... were super friendly and didn't mind answering my children's questions. Really impressed!!
