It's always a pleasure to visit Hays in Widnes, such friendly and efficient staff. Hannah looked after us, got us the holiday we where looking at. The Manager of Widnes is also such a lovely person. A real credit to the Hays community.

Ellie in the Widnes office was very helpful and informative.

We went to book a coach holiday and your representative Hannah in your Widnes branch could not have been more helpful. She seen to all our requests and answered any questions.

Really good experience at the store, Hannah was very friendly and helpful helping us book our cruise, she was very efficient and asked for help from some other colleagues with a particular issue on the computer who were equally helpfully and Hannah was very knowledgeable. She had to ring Royal Caribbean and they were having a few technical issues at their end and Hannah kept apologising and she said she could give us there number to call ourselves the next day to complete part of a deal or I could call in today and she would ring on my behalf so I did and she helped again and also offered us a great deal on travel insurance too, very pleasant young ready and great service as always. I have used Hayes Travel a few times before and never been disappointed. Keep up the good work ladies 😊

We've used Widnes Hays Travel a couple of times and have always had a nice welcome and great service.
This time it was to book a cruise,we'd been in a few times prior to booking just to get information etc about what a cruise would involve,the staff in particular Ellie has been so welcoming patient and understanding with our questions.
So we eventually decided to book cruise but for 2027,Ellie once again dealt with our booking in a very professional way but also so friendly and explained ever step and also plenty of tips and advice with it being out first time booking a cruise.
The shop at the we booked was full and every member of staff was dealing with customers and you could to tell everyone was getting a great service.
Would always recommend Hays Travel Widnes to help with all aspects of your holiday and it keeps the high street alive.
