We were going to book a holiday ourselves but soon got fed up of scrolling and searching, reading reviews so decided to pop into Hays travel agency.
The lady (forgot he name) was helpful from the start, found us what we had been looking for. Took her less than 5 minutes !! when it had taken us more than 5 hours and found nothing.
Just need to pack and get on the plane ✈️ 😊

Choosing a holiday
We had an idea of where we wanted to go but not quite sure. Keira was very helpful showing us what was available for the date we had said we wanted to travel. We then asked about going on the following week which gave us more options. Keira had a lovely attitude and made choosing our holiday a nice experience.

Paula at Whitehaven Hays the lady who found the holiday we were looking for could not have been anymore helpful if she tried, she was professional, friendly and explained everything we asked. We actually had a small problem when we arrived home with regards to viewing our booking online, so we rang the Whitehaven branch, spoke to Paula and she sorted out our problem in less than 1 minute, she was fantastic.
