Courtney was really helpful and patient as we went through which cruises we were interested in. We have never booked via an agent before but would be happy to do so in the future. We are confident that if we have any queries we could pop in and see her and she will be just as helpful

Courtney was outstanding AGAIN. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was really lovely with our daughter, who is hard of hearing and autistic, making her feel relaxed and involved. Cannot recommend both Hays of Warminster and especially Courtney.
