We received a friendly welcome, were attended to immediately and all our initial enquiries were answered. We declined a follow up call from them and this was respected. We went away to consider our choices including other companies. We phoned the following day with a few questions which were answered and emailed very quickly. We decided to book and that was dealt with efficiently.
