Holiday booking
We recently booked a holiday through Hays Travel Scarborough and as usual received brilliant service. Victoria really went out of her way to help us find the right holiday - nothing was too much trouble.
We always use this travel agent and always find the staff really pleasant and helpful and this does not stop once a holiday is booked as they continue to provide help and support right up to the date of travel.

I have to commend Izzy for her help
I have to commend Izzy for her help. She went out of her way to help 2 elderly ladies. We came in to book a holiday for 1 person as I had already booked mine and had us put together. First Cruise, excited!
Everything I asked for, very clear on the weeks journey and port stops. Showed pictures of all the stops. What I will be able to see.
Showed the cruise ship and choice of cabins, gave me some clear advice which I appreciated!
Cruise extras explained so I could choose my best fit.
Also journey options to get to Southampton.
Cruise booked for next year!
Really covered all, including insurance.

Beckie and staff were excellent as always. I will be banned by hubby from entering Hays @ Scarborough only went in to take my passports and ended up booking a short break to Rome as it was such a good deal.
