Kelly my travel agent was extremley helpfull in booking my holiday in Prescot store. She went through the booking explaining the hotel & resort to me which looks very nice & nothing was to much trouble for her.

From commenting on a Holiday post on Facebook to booking the same holiday in the shop, Grace was absolutely fantastic throughout! Great communication and phenomenal service.

I went in with a whole lot of restrictions. The agen was not phased, she asked a few questions and she found a few options for me. Then she thought of a couple of other restictions i haddnt thought of. Using her local knowledge she found a great holiday for me.
