The agent who helped us was fantastic, especially as we gave her the challenge of sending us somewhere within 24 hours (we actually flew 13 hours later). The process was quick and as smooth as can be. We will be back.

I wasn't just a number ..got listened to answered all my concerns on travelling alone .took her time and did everything for me air craft seats where I asked luckily available close to wc all info on assisted travel and booked it all .very polite in every way ..I also called into another travel place ...but I knew straight afterwards which 1 I was going to use .. Hays you are the best

Called into Hays travel in Northpoint while shopping to enquire about a Christmas break in Benidorm,Spain.The young sales assistant was very helpful, to the point that we booked Christmas week for my Wife and self at a very good price in a hotel in the old town.
The sales assistant could not have been more helpfull,explaining everything from flights,transfers,and accommodation,
Now that was one grocery shopping trip we will remember.
Hays Travel are very competitive when it comes to pricing,would recommend them for holidays.

On arrival at Hays Travel we were greeted in a very friendly manner by one of the team. After our initial discussions they found our holiday and we then decided to go ahead and book it. This was done and our paperwork was printed off.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Hays Travel.

Went in with a holiday I'd found on line.Forgot to get the assistants name,but she found us better flights with a different airport which was a closer transfer ,only 30mins as opposed to our original choice which transfer time would've been over an hour.The flight times she found were also a lot more convenient for us.
