I made my booking through Hays travel because I knew from previous bookings with them that all would be well. From my initial telephone call requesting information right through to my booking, I had no doubts that my request would be dealt with by very professional, helpful and obliging staff. Nothing was too much trouble which to an elderly person not too confident with the modern way of making holiday bookings I was very grateful for. A very big ‘Thank you to all’

Becca Baldwin was so helpful. We told her what we wanted, when we wanted to go and our budget and she came back promptly with several options. As inexperienced cruisers, she answered all our questions, reassuring us that if she didn’t know, she would find the answer from someone who did. Nothing was too much trouble.
I certainly won’t go back to struggling booking myself on line ever again. The whole process was so easy and stress free.
