Just booked our 3rd holiday with Lucy, and will certainly book again.
Our family has a firm idea of what we like/want and taste, and Lucy has always understood the assignment and more! Really clear and quick on the communication, leaving no stone unturned to ensure all aspects of what we're booking is understood.
On top of that has gone the extra mile to follow up with hotels directly to ensure medical needs are catered for.

Our personal travel consultant came to our house and was with us for about two hours. We went through our holiday plans in great detail.all of our questions and concerns were answered in detail and everything was planned for us.this holiday was for our golden wedding Anniversary and we wanted it to be perfect and after this visit there is no doubt in our mind that it will be.
