Hays Irvine is the only place I book my holidays. Joanne and all the staff are very friendly and so helpful. There is no such thing as a silly question. I am a disabled traveller and all my needs are met.

Honestly, I can’t recommend Keira enough! She made booking our holiday so ridiculously easy that I’m now wondering why I ever bothered trying to organise holidays myself 😂

Keira was brilliant from start to finish — friendly, helpful, patient and somehow managed to answer all my questions without blocking my number 😂 She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Good helpful people

The team within the store in Irvine very promptly quoted me for the short city break I had asked about and gave me information on the hotel and flight times. We booked within 24 hours. We have now used the store several times to book our holidays and purchase travel money and always receive excellent customer care.
