First Impressions
We visited Hayes and after initial helpful advise looked into insurance then returned to book a city trip for the October half term. Everything seems to be in good order so far but we have to return in a few weeks for currency and our baggage labelling etc and are probably better giving a fuller comment once this has been done.

My wife and I found staff to be professional, helpful and knowledgeable.The booking process was smooth running and we felt confident when we left the shop. My absolute favoutite travel agents!
I really like this company. I've always booked mine and my husband's cruises directly on line but since he's passed, I've felt I needed a bit more security when I book cruises and to be honest, the booking process is stress free. The staff are so helpful and really kind. They're my 'go to' travel agent now.
