All of the team worked so hard in helping me find a cruise for a special birthday in June next year(2027). We needed a fully accessible stateroom plus another stateroom for care staff. I cannot praise them highly enough for their perserverance and dedication.

First of all the air conditioning was great.

Mollie was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and very considerate to our needs. She was exceptionally patient with us and the other staff were helpful too fetching us water and organising our currency.

I had a complicated situation where I needed to swap a cruise and transfer my existing booking to another person. In addition to this I wanted to secure an accessible adapted cabin on a different cruise!

Having found I was going to be home for Easter, but wanting to be in Gran Canaria, I knew where to go. At Hays, I often deal with Nici as she know what I want almost without asking.
