Great Customer Service
I popped into the branch after seeing a deal advertised on a Hays Travel Facebook page to Japan. Zoe and Sam were extremely helpful, talking me through different options and add-ons. Zoe kept me updated through the process when she was in contact with vendors. She dealt with an abundance of questions from myself. Overall, really great customer service from them and I would definitely book through them again!
