I wanted the advice of a professional but everything they promised about my holiday was a lie. Something something never trust a salesman.

Edit: lol at the reply. I came to the branch and literally said "I can't find anywhere to go for a good holiday, recommend somewhere." I expected to get the benefit of someone in the industry but no. For example: I wanted somewhere we could swim. The hotel recommended does not have a suitable beach for swimming for some distance. Also this is the copy pasted response from the negative Google review I already left but you INVITED ME to leave a trustpilot review as well, what were you expecting?

Excellent service as always from Laura. Even though the Cruise ship was virtually full, she managed to find us two balcony rooms which suited our requirements.
