Great customer service We always book with Hays travel they are always very helpful on this occasion We got information for a holiday with Leigh and went back and booked it the following day with Aimee They are both very helpful and nothing is too much trouble

We felt like you listened to what it was that we actually wanted rather than what other travel groups wanted to sell. One of our large party is disabled and they could give us the reassurance we needed about the accommodation suitable unlike TUI who said they wouldn’t have an answer for me until 6 months before we travel. Which is no use when you’re planning a large family holiday well in advance. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, they also called back when they said they would.

We already knew which holiday we wanted to book and she dealt with both us, and the Riviera Travel representative on the telephone, with such a friendly and efficient manner.
