My husband and I went in to book a last minute holiday. We give Michelle the travel agent some ideas and when we arrived in she had done lots of research and had found some great places for us to choose from. We decided on Lanzarote, going to a hotel recommended by Michelle. She was extremely helpful and sorted everything for us efficiently and promptly. Would definitely go back. Eilish Duffy

Hays travel in Downpatrick is just the best place to go if you’re looking a holiday the staff are so polite and helpful and every time we book from it we have an amazing experience.

The staff are always welcoming and make the booking process easy. They are knowledgeable about destinations.
When it comes time to travel we can go into the shop have all our travel documents printed and check in. Great customer service.
