Have used Hayes for a number of years now and can't fault them. Recently moved so now use the Consett branch and have just booked our 2nd holiday with them. Both times I have dealt with Mia who is absolutely amazing. She asked what I wanted and I'm very fussy but she ticked every box spot on. 5* all day long.
