All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tabi took our booking and couldn't have been more helpful. Tabi was delightful and put up with our endless chat. She was patient and looked up options for us to help us get the best deal. We were really impressed that she also did the parking booking as well as sorting out the travel insurance. We always use Hays Travel now after many years of booking online which was soooo time consuming and stressful.
