The staff at braehead are the best so helpful they do everything for you all you need to do is enjoy your holiday no stress involved I usually do three holidays a year and would not book a holiday with anyone else

We came here after going to a local travel agent whos customer service was shocking.
We dealt with Laura and honestly couldnt have asked for better.
We felt like she listened to us and what we wanted from our holiday and even made her own suggestions on places that came within our budget.
We went away to discuss options and then came back later that day to book one of the options Laura gave us.

Smooth process and friendly service from the staff

We popped into Hays at Braehead some weeks ago and a young lady named Laura spent a bit of time with us and prepared two cruises for us to consider. We of course took too long to review and the connecting bus from Glasgow to Southampton now full.
Laura (again) pulled up a choice of cruises for us to consider. This was all done on the phone and by email. My wife and I then reviewed these cruise ships (on YouTube) and reverted within the hour. Ah....no cabins with balconies left. A block booking beat us to it.
Laura undeterred, was back on the case and she found something which met our criteria. Many thanks Laura.

Went into Hays Braehead looking for a October week holiday, Ayisha showed our granddaughter holidays that she thought would suit Lily and between them sorted out a holiday that should make for a great week. All booked with no fuss. Happy days.
