Rachel has the patience of a saint, we had about a hundred questions and she was more than helpful making sure we found the perfect (first time!) cruise to mark a special occasion. My husband and I were a little bit lost as we have both not been abroad for many years but Rachel found us a perfect deal and explained absolutely everything thoroughly for us. We came in for a quote and had a chat with her, and when we came back two days later she remembered us and specifics we had told her, for example, us saying that it is for a special occasion, which was really nice. A really friendly, good team in this store, would use Hay's again. Thanks again, Rachel!

Excellent service-listened to what I wanted included in my trip.Came back with a price I was happy with also regarding the Disney Attraction tickets Sarah went out of her way to make sure I ended up getting the best deal.Very Happy would use and recommend
