The travel representative (Corrine) was very helpful she made the booking process all very easy including booking the parking and our seats.
I found the price for the insurance very expensive so arranged my own, which was comparable to Hays.

Prompt and pleasant welcome from member of staff on the front desk. Escorted to a holiday advisor. Katy was extremely helpful, very patient and pleasant. Found a lovely holiday. Staff really supportive if clients are not “super tech” experts. We were reassured that all documentation would be printed and/or stored on our ‘phone. Help with everything!

We never felt rushed, even though our first (and second) choice of country and resort wasn't available. Katy was very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and came up with a holiday which sounds wonderful - we're looking forward to it!

Just booked a holiday to Japan for next year. Was served by Shelley at the Barnsley branch. what a credit to the company, every question answered, all requirements met and on top of that extremely pleasant and understanding of our daughters autistic requirement making sure her needs were also accomodated. Can't express how easy and simple shelley made the experience and how her calm manner, pleasant tone and smiles reassured my daughter greatly. Well done Shelley at Barnsley, you made this part of the experience simple and easy to understand.

We have used Hays Travel several times, always excellent service.
On a recent trip we were unfortunate enough to fall foul of beurocracy in Germany which caused us to miss a connection. I phoned Hays Barnsley (in a justifiable panic). They had the major issue sorted quickly and kept us really well informed. All the staff have been friendly, efficient and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
