Theo was helpful and friendly, dealt with my initial inquiries efficiently and when it came to finalising the booking was also helpful and efficient. I spoke to Aliesha, about my trip, she put together a fantastic itinerary hitting all the key things we wanted to do and all within budget. Comms were in person and over email, very clear, very quick response. Very good experience

A long standing staff member there is usually our favourite, go to.
Theo has in the past helped us in our search and is usually successful in finding something suitable.
As pensioners price is always uppermost in our quest looking for package holidays.
Theo has always shown us patience, courtesy and is respectful, we can ask no more.

Staff members excellent.
The staff members were very polite with us and so helpful which gave us confidence when it was time to choose our holiday. There was no pressure to make a decision on a holiday which is important to us. This relaxed approach worked well for us.
Holiday booked. Flight booked and boarding passes completed in a day.
