The staff was very helpful throughout the entire experience except right until the end of the purchase. My vehicle was extremely dirty outside and inside. I called ahead the day prior, letting the staff know that I would pick up the vehicle the following day. On the day of purchase, I asked why the vehicle was so dirty, the reply I was given was that it might rain anyway. It appeared that someone used it for transport to lunch. I found a ticket denoting someone's food order on the floor. The kickboards on the driver and passenger side had mud on them, the driver's side floor carpet had grass and dirt particles on it and the vehicle only had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I reported that fact to the staff and they offered to bring refuel it to 1/2 tank. Discouraged, I declined and left. The Low fuel warning popped on before I reached home and I refuelled it to a full tank myself.

I wasted two days at your dealership in Memphis, Covington Pike; not to mention the 40 min drive to and from. I went to your website, found a car, drove it, liked it, and went to buy it with the quotes you gave online. I get to the store to purchase, and the down payment was $3000 more than what I was quoted online. Did not get vehicle, and will not entertain another drive time dealership. That’s pitiful doing people like this. Don’t have the stuff online, then change it in store. Very depressing, and hurtful to the people who are trying to get a vehicle.

I purchased a car from drive time in November since the 3rd day of driving off the lot I had multiple problems with the vehicle turns out the car they sold me needed a brand new motor for 11226.00 not only was I out of a vehicle I couldn’t get a rental because of the holidays and that silver rock protection warranty is bull crap they tried to get Nissan to put in a used motor in my vehicle instead of a new one which Nissan declined to do so I had to give the vehicle back to drive time and try to get my down payment back the manager there couldn’t help me at all no one really could all I wanted was to be put in another vehicle the way they treated me and my issue which had nothing to do with me because they sold me a lemon to be honest and no one wanted to own up and take accountability for their mess up I would never go back here and try to purchase a vehicle I’m very disappointed in the company and management for the way they handle this issue when it wasn’t even my fault

We came in need of a vehicle. Our sales person Marissa Burton was very help and knowledgeable about the vehicle that she show us. She made us very comfortable and help us with everything we needed.. I thank her so much for all her help. Everyone was also very nice and virtuous. Thank you all again for everything..

I don't even think I want to give them one star. I will never never buy another car from these people. After I bought the car I took it to a shop to have it looked at turns out it needed 1700 dollars worth of repairs that clearly someone over looked or didn't give a crap. Now after having said car since may of this year something is wrong with it again. They pray on people with not so great credit.

They very honest an they let you pick your on down payment an also go through every detail with on to purchasing your car.Very friendly staff
