I entered into Dreams and went to the Desk where Steven and Charlie were . Steven listened to what I wanted and Charlie was there training . They were very helpful Steven let me try the beds for myself after I tried them when he showed me them. I made a decision to purchase one I then bought 2 pillows as I asked about them plus 2 mattress protectors, both of them were polite and very helpful and Charlie helped me take stuff to my car .

We were greeted at Dreams Uddingston by Liam on arrival, who left us to look around with no pressure and was on hand for any questions we had. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and suggested using the sleep machine to point us in the right direction. There was also a sale on, and Liam also ensured a delivery date that suited us. All in all a very good experience, would highly recommend.

Had a mattress delivered today with finger marks all over mattress and hole in it with spring not happy

I have ordered the wrong colour and have tried to get through to customer service for the whole of today, to no avail. I have emailed dreams and had no reply. I only have 72 hours to make changes to the order. Can someone please get in contact.

Awful delivery experience after spending over £3200 on Tempur mattress and base/headboard. Delivery team insisted on each of them removing and delivering the large very heavy parts on their own to save a few minutes time with the result leaving us with large gouge in recently decorated hallway and chunks out of the woodwork. They also bent the Tempur mattress considerably despite the manufacturer saying this should be avoided to prevent damage. The Dreams Divan Base is appalling quality, bare wood is visible around the drawer where material hasn't been applied correctly, some of the drawers don't align correctly. To cap it all Dreams Customer Service choose not to take phone calls. Our first attempt put us at 190 in online chat call list and now we've been told to leave a number for a call back that we're still waiting for. I truly wish we'd never shopped at Dreams.
